Congonhas Airport is a major hub for business travelers and offers a wide selection of VIP lounges and coworking spaces. Since it is a domestic airport, there are no immigration checkpoints, although all passengers must pass through security screening. Some lounges are located before the security checkpoint, while others are in the airside boarding area.

Advantage VIP Lounge

A functional lounge recognized with the "One to Watch" award at the 2026 Priority Pass Excellence Awards.

Location: First floor, in the pre-boarding area (before the security checkpoint). On the right after the terminal entrances.

Hours: 4:30 am to 10:00 pm. Maximum stay: 3 hours.

Amenities: Snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Wi-Fi, TVs, computers, and printers. Includes priority security screening (Fast Track) from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Access: Available with Priority Pass or LoungeKey memberships. Access is also available to eligible Mastercard Black and Visa Infinite cardholders (depending on the issuing bank), or by purchasing a day pass at reception.

Ambaar Club

Opened in September 2025, this is Brazil's largest airport lounge, offering a sophisticated and versatile experience for a wide range of travelers.

Location: Boarding area, opposite Gate 8.

Hours: 4:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Amenities: Relaxation areas, private meeting rooms, coworking tables, children's area, a dining station with full meals, and a bar staffed by professional bartenders.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, and Diners Club members, selected credit card holders, or by purchasing a day pass.

Bradesco Cartões Lounge

An exclusive lounge for Bradesco premium banking customers, offering a high level of comfort within the secure area.

Location: Airside boarding area, with entrances opposite Gates 5 and 8.

Hours: 4:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Amenities: Snack buffet, hot and cold beverages, relaxation area, and Bradesco Fast Pass priority access through security screening.

Access: Exclusive to holders of Bradesco Visa Aeternum, The Platinum Card® (American Express), Elo Nanquim, and Elo Diners Club cards issued in Brazil.

Emerald Lounge

Designed for travelers who need to remain productive while passing through the airport.

Location: Central hall, landside public area, near the pharmacy.

Hours: 5:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Amenities: Workstations, Wi-Fi, beverages, and light meals.

Access: DragonPass and Visa Airport Companion members. Also available to BRB (Bank of Brasília) credit card holders: Visa (Infinite, Platinum, Gold) and Mastercard (Black, Platinum, Gold).

W Premium Lounge

Opened in June 2026, this lounge was designed to provide a sophisticated experience for business travelers.

Location: Terminal mezzanine, landside (before the security checkpoint). At the top of the escalators, turn left.

Hours: 4:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Amenities: Buffet with full meals, bar serving Italian wines and sparkling wines, coworking area, high-speed Wi-Fi, private restroom facilities, and an outdoor terrace.

Access: DragonPass membership, Visa Airport Companion, eligible C6 Bank, SisPrime, and American Express cards, agreements with travel insurance providers (Hero, Assist Card, Coris), or by purchasing a day pass at the entrance.

 Facilities and other services

As a busy executive airport, CGH offers a wide variety of passenger services concentrated in the Central Hall and on the Lower Level (Basement), helping travelers make the most of their time. Under Aena's management, the airport has undergone a major transformation, doubling its commercial area to more than 10,000 m² with new shops, restaurants, and VIP lounges.

Wi-Fi: Free, unlimited high-speed internet access is available throughout the terminal via Aena Brasil's official Wi-Fi network.

Financial Services: ATMs from the country's major banks (Banco do Brasil, Bradesco, Itaú, Santander, and Banco24Horas) are located throughout the Central Hall and the arrivals area. Currency exchange offices (Cotação and Confidence) are also available for buying and selling foreign currency.

Dining

The airport's dining options have expanded significantly. The new remote boarding area features eleven recently opened establishments, including A Saideira, Havanna Gelato, La Guapa, and Nescafé.

Hours: Most restaurants and cafés operate between 4:00 am and 11:00 pm. While the terminal remains open 24 hours a day, late-night dining options are limited, with Delta Express serving passengers around the clock.

Shopping

The airport features a shopping area with a variety of stores, making it easy to pick up last-minute purchases or gifts.

Featured Stores: Includes Dufry Shopping (with prices in Brazilian reais), Hudson and Laselva bookstores, clothing stores, electronics retailers, premium chocolate shops, and perfume stores.

Pharmacy: A Droga Raia pharmacy is located in the Central Hall, offering medications and personal care products.

Baggage Services

Baggage Wrapping: Protective luggage wrapping is available in the check-in area from 4:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Luggage Storage: Self-service lockers are operated by Malex. They are located on the Lower Level (Basement), near the car rental area and the exit to the bus stops. The service is available 24 hours a day.

Lost and Found: The "Achados e Perdidos" (Lost and Found) office is managed by Aena Brasil and is located on the first floor of the Central Hall. It is open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Inquiries can be made by email at: [email protected]

Medical Services: The airport provides a first aid station for medical emergencies during flight operating hours.

Baby Care: Nursing rooms and baby changing facilities are available in the main restrooms and the boarding area.
