Domestic Terminal

Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge - On the first floor, opposite gate 33. Open one hour before the first flight until the last. Buffet, snacks, bar, Wi-Fi, workstations, plugs for electric devices, photocopiers, printers, newspapers, magazines, TV, children's area, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, business class passengers from Air New Zealand, first or business class passengers from Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

International Terminal

Air New Zealand International Lounge - It is located to the left of the security control. Temporarily closed. Food, refreshments, bar, Wi-Fi, computers, printers, newspapers, magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, business class passengers from Air New Zealand, first or business class passengers from Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Emirates Lounge - Found on the upper floor. Temporarily closed. Gourmet cuisine, beverages, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Emirates.

Qantas International Lounge - Situated on level 2. Temporarily closed. Food, drinks, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines. Access: with Qantas Platinum One, Platinum Frequent Flyer, Gold Frequent Flyer, Qantas Club, Emirates Platinum or Gold Skyward membership, first or business class passengers from Qantas, Emirates and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Strata Lounge - Level 2. Temporarily closed. Computers, refreshments, showers, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, beverages, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door.

Facilities and other services

 

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (flight hours), postboxes, VIP lounges, fax, printing and mobile phone services, public telephones and Wi-Fi access with no charge. In the Domestic Terminal, there are meeting rooms for hire.

Food and Drinks

Both terminals have restaurants, cafés, bars, confectioneries and fast food outlets.

Shopping

There is a great variety of options, with duty-free items on the ground and first floors of the International Terminal and before the security checkpoint of the Domestic Terminal, retailers selling regional products, apparel, sports goods, electronics, perfumes, gifts, spirits, art, cosmetics, jewellery, books, accessories, newsagents, sweets. Convenience stores in the public area of the Domestic Terminal.

Baggage

Trolleys available for free throughout both terminals. Secure wrapping and left luggage services next to door 3 of the International Terminal, during flight hours (Tel +64 9255 5659). Lockers on the ground floor of car park R. Lost and found office in the operations building, behind the International Terminal, from Monday to Friday between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm (Tel +64 800 247 7678; e-mail: [email protected]).
