The airport has ATMs, plugs for electric devices, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access with no charge for 30 minutes. On the second floor of the terminal there is a business center with meeting and conference rooms. The Air New Zealand Regional Lounge is located on the upper floor and opens since one hour before the first flight until the last; it provides Wi-Fi, computers, fax, photocopiers, printers, meeting room, plugs for electric devices, newspapers and magazines, food and beverages (access with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, business class passengers from Air New Zealand or Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members).

Shopping- Duty-free stores on level 1 and the Arrivals and International Departures areas, in addition to gift shops, books and magazines.
