More Specific Frequently Asked Questions

You can board Sun Tran bus routes 11 and 25 at the stop located on the first pedestrian island in front of the terminal. Route 25 connects directly to Downtown Tucson and the Greyhound station in about 25 minutes. All Sun Tran public transit services currently operate fare-free.
Concourse A (Gates A1–A9) serves Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, Sun Country Airlines, and Frontier Airlines. Concourse B (Gates B1–B11) serves Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, and Delta Air Lines. Note that Concourses A and B are not connected after the security checkpoints.
The airport does not have commercial airline lounges or traditional Priority Pass lounge facilities. However, there is a 24/7 Military Lounge on the lower arrivals level (near baggage carousel 4) available exclusively for active-duty and retired military personnel and their families.
Exit the lower baggage claim area and cross the first road toward the parking lot. App-based ride-sharing drivers (Uber, Lyft, and Turo) pick up passengers on the first pedestrian island to your left.
Seven primary car rental companies (Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Sixt) are located in the Rental Car Center, situated just outside the east exit of the main terminal and accessible on foot from both terminal levels. Off-airport companies such as Alamo operate free shuttles from this area.
Yes, the terminal is open 24 hours. Because TSA security checkpoints close overnight, travelers staying the night must remain on the public landside until checkpoints open in the morning. Alternatively, numerous nearby hotels offer free airport shuttles within a 5-minute drive.
TUS offers four parking areas: Hourly (short-term right in front of the terminal), Daily (adjacent to the hourly lot), Garage (covered parking next to the Rental Car Center), and Economy (low-cost lot with 24-hour complimentary shuttles every 15 minutes). A free Cell Phone Lot is also available near the entrance.
