The airport has ATMs and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 2 hours. The SAS Café Lounge is located in the transit area, to the right of the security control, and opens since 1 hour before the first flight of the day until the last; it has Wi-Fi, snacks and drinks (for SAS Plus and business class passengers from Scandinavian Airlines, with EuroBonus Gold, Diamond or Silver membership, first and business class passengers from Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members).

Bus - Flybussen (Tel +47 9575 8000) runs to the city centre, stopping at the university, University Hospital and some major hotels. Journey time is 10-15 minutes.
Line 40 from Troms Fylkestrafikk (Tel +47 8150 0163) connects the enclosure with downtown Tromsø, Workinnmarka, Giæverbukta and Slettaelva from Monday to Friday between 6:10 am and 11:40 pm, Saturdays from 6:20 am to 0:10 am and Sundays from 6:20 am to 11:40 pm. Route 42 goes to Stakkevollan, Breivika, the city centre, Giæverbukta, Kvaløysletta, Storelv and Eidkjosen Mondays through Fridays between 6:10 am and 0:10 am and weekends from 6:30 am to 0:10 am. The trip takes 15-20 min. and tickets can be acquired at a vending machine next to the bus stop.
