Airside Departures Area
Escape Lounge (The Centurion Studio Partner)
Location: Post-security, along the Level 2 connector hallway leading to Concourse A.
Amenities: Complimentary chef-curated buffet featuring local ingredients, full-service bar with craft cocktails and wine, specialty coffee, high-speed Wi-Fi, power outlets, and reading materials.
Access: Common-use facility available to any ticketed passenger through the purchase of a day pass, or complimentary for eligible American Express Platinum and Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders subject to lounge program terms.
The Gregory J. Harris Military Courtesy Room
Location: Terminal Level 2.
Hours: Open according to daily flight operations.
Amenities: Seating lounge, televisions, computers, and complimentary snacks and refreshments.
Access: Free exclusive access for active duty military members, reservists, and their immediate families.

- ATMs: KeyBank cash machines located in both pre-security and post-security concourse areas.
- Wi-Fi: Free high-speed wireless internet access available throughout the entire terminal.
- Currency Exchange: There are no physical currency exchange booths located within the terminal.
Dining
On Level 1 pre-security, visitors will find Say Si Bon cafe and restaurant (open 05:00 to 19:00) alongside the 24/7 Automated Retail Lounge, which features automated gourmet smart bistros serving hot food, specialty coffee, and snacks (Just Baked Smart Bistro, Tempo Coffee, Cupcakes R Me). Beyond security checkpoints, both Concourse A and Concourse B host full-service restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
Retail and Mailing Services
Newsstands, bookstores, electronics retailers, and travel essentials are available in both concourses. On Level 2 adjacent to the security checkpoint, travelers can use the Flippit mailing station to post home prohibited carry-on items rather than surrendering them to TSA.
Baggage Services
Due to federal TSA and FAA regulations, left-luggage and luggage locker facilities are not available at Syracuse Airport. For lost or damaged luggage inquiries, passengers should contact their operating airline at the baggage claim offices. The airport Lost and Found department operates in person from 08:00 to 21:00 and accepts online inquiries around the clock via the official airport website.
Culture and Amenities
Level 1 of the Center Terminal features the Syracuse Regional Aviation Museum, open 24 hours free of charge. Level 2 offers the SYR Reading Runway children's reading space and a public piano in the Grand Hall.
