Lounges, facilities and services at Los Cabos airport

The airport features VIP lounges operated by Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP), designed to offer relaxation and work space prior to boarding.

Terminal 1 (Domestic Departures)

VIP Lounge Los Cabos

Location: Past the security screening checkpoint, situated on the mezzanine level above the food court.

Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:30 / 7:00 PM (maximum stay: 3 hours).

Services: Air conditioning, complimentary drinks and beverages, light snacks, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers, magazines, and workstation areas.

Access: Cardholders of Priority Pass, DragonPass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club, affiliated banking clients, via online pre-booking, or by purchasing a pass at the door.

Terminal 2 (International Departures)

VIP Lounge Los Cabos

Location: Past security screening and passport control, in the departure lounge and dining area.

Hours: Open aligned with international flight operations, usually from 8:00 AM until the final evening departure (maximum stay: 3 hours).

Services: Premium cocktail and beverage bar, light food options, relaxation lounge, pool table, spa and massage services, Wi-Fi, and conference facilities.

Access: Cardholders of Priority Pass, DragonPass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club, eligible platinum/black bank cardholders, airport VIP Concierge & Fast Track packages, or by purchasing walk-up entry.

Los Cabos International Airport provides a wide range of retail, financial, and passenger amenities across both terminal buildings.

Money and Connectivity

• ATMs: Located in both public concourses and departures boarding areas across both terminals, operated by major domestic banks.
• Currency Exchange: Currency exchange booths in arrival and departure zones of T1 and T2, typically open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM or aligned with flight schedules.
• Internet Access: Wi-Fi access available at participating dining establishments and cafés (such as Starbucks), as well as dedicated high-speed wireless networks in VIP Lounges.

Food and Drinks

Both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 feature food courts and dining venues past the security checkpoints, including international fast-food chains, pizzerias, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, craft beer bars, and Mexican and international sit-down restaurants.

Shopping and Duty Free

Duty-free stores are situated past security checkpoints in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. In addition, you will find convenience markets, souvenir shops, traditional Mexican crafts, tequila, cigars, beachwear, travel accessories, electronics, books, and newsstands.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Storage: Due to airport security regulations, there are no lockers or left-luggage facilities available inside the terminals.
• Lost and Found: Handled by airport security for personal items left in common terminal areas and corridors (phone: +52 624 146 5111 / 5112 / 5113). For items left on an aircraft or delayed checked luggage, contact your airline directly.

Other Services

• Baja California Sur Tourism Contribution ("Embrace It"): Mandatory state fee for foreign visitors staying more than 24 hours in the state, payable online or at airport self-service kiosks.
• Medical Services: First aid and emergency medical care available on the airport premises.
• Family Facilities: Restrooms equipped with baby-changing stations and children's recreational zones in boarding areas.
• Travel Agencies: Information desks for booking excursions, tours, and regional activities.
