Airside (Departures Area)

United Club

Location: Terminal B, post-security, between gates B3 and B5.

Hours: Daily from 4:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Services: Complimentary snacks and beverages, high-speed Wi-Fi, magazines, newspapers, productivity workstations, and TV monitors.

Access: United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members; passengers flying in United Polaris or international premium cabin on Star Alliance airlines; Star Alliance Gold elite members; active U.S. military personnel; or via purchase of a one-time day pass when flying on a United-operated itinerary.

Landside (Public Area)

USO Center

Location: Terminal B, lower level in the public baggage claim hall.

Hours: Daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Services: Lounge seating, Xbox video games, television, snacks and beverages, internet stations with CAC card readers, short-term bag storage during stay, and military ground transit assistance.

Access: Exclusive and free for active-duty U.S. military personnel and their dependent families.

Note: San Antonio Airport does not currently host lounges affiliated with Priority Pass, DragonPass, or American Express Centurion.

San Antonio International Airport offers a comprehensive range of amenities for passenger comfort both landside and post-security.

Finance & Connectivity

• Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi internet access is provided throughout all public and gate areas of both terminals.
• ATMs: Located across check-in lobbies, gate concourses, and baggage claim areas in Terminal A and Terminal B.
• Currency Exchange: Offered at Marcy's Business Travel Center in Terminal A ticketing lobby (5:30 am to 8:30 pm) and at Prickly Pear.
• Device Charging: Power charging stations and FuelRod kiosks are positioned conveniently throughout boarding gates.

Food & Dining

A broad selection of restaurants, specialty bars, cafes, and quick-service dining operates across both terminals, including Whataburger, La Gloria, Smoke Shack, The Fruteria, Tre Pizzeria, Vino Volo, Alamo Alehouse, and Starbucks.

Shopping & Duty-Free

A duty-free shop (UETA Duty Free) is located in Terminal A near gate A6. In addition, passengers can browse newsstands, convenience stores, consumer electronics (InMotion), regional gift shops, and the official San Antonio Spurs Store.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Carts: Smarte Carte rental dispensers are positioned along terminal curbsides and baggage claim halls.
• Left Luggage / Lockers: Due to federal TSA security regulations, luggage storage facilities and luggage lockers are not available at the airport.
• Lost and Found: Inquiries are managed digitally through the airport portal. The physical office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (online report form). High-value items unclaimed after 14 days are transferred to the San Antonio Police Department.

Additional Services

Interfaith chapel (Terminal B), private nursing facilities, refillable water bottle stations, designated pet relief areas, and permanent and rotating public art displays.
