Location: Departures area, after security control, situated on the upper level above the shopping area.

Opening Hours: Opens from 4:00 am with varying hours depending on the day. It generally closes between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.

Services: Selection of hot and cold dishes, snacks, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages (wines, beers and spirits), complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, digital newspapers and magazines, and flight information screens.

Access: Via advance online booking, Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club memberships, or for premium-class passengers of partner airlines.

Luxe by Aspire

This is a premium section within the Aspire offering that provides a more elevated experience. It is aimed at passengers seeking more personalised service and a superior food and beverage selection in a more sophisticated setting.

Services: In addition to the standard services of the main lounge, it includes an enhanced selection of premium spirits, cocktails and a high-quality food menu.

The Suite by Aspire

This represents the highest level of exclusivity at the airport. It is a private space designed for small groups or passengers requiring complete privacy and dedicated service.

Services: Personalised attention, exclusive catering and a luxurious setting isolated from the general movement of the terminal.

Finance and Connectivity

The airport has cash machines located throughout the departures and arrivals areas, allowing withdrawals in various currencies. Currency exchange offices, operated by ChangeGroup, are located both before and after security control. To help you stay connected, the airport offers free Wi-Fi (basic service); a higher-speed premium option is also available for a fee.

Dining

The food and drink offering is varied and includes cafés, English-style pub bars, fast-food restaurants and takeaway options. Notable outlets include Greggs (located in the arrivals area), which often operates 24 hours a day, as well as Burger King, Tap + Brew and Bar 11 in the departures area.

Shopping and Duty Free

In the boarding area you will find the World Duty Free shop, where you can purchase tax-free products such as perfumes, cosmetics and spirits. The airport also features outlets including Boots (pharmacy and toiletries), WHSmith (newspapers and books), JD Sports and InMotion (technology).

Baggage Services

• Baggage Trolleys: Available at key points throughout the terminal and car parks. The service requires a £1 deposit (coin or token), which is refundable when the trolley is returned.
• Baggage Storage and Protection: Left luggage and baggage wrapping services are located in the check-in area, near domestic arrivals, and operate 24 hours a day.
• Lost Property: If you have left an item inside the terminal, you should email [email protected]. Collection hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Other Services

The airport has a multi-faith prayer room open 24 hours a day, located near the boarding area. There is also an amusement gaming area and a designated smoking terrace, accessible via Bar 11 for a small access fee.
