• Plaza Premium Lounge: Located near gates 44–45 and 101, open from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm. Offers comfortable seating areas, live cooking, a bar and a dedicated children’s area. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or direct payment.
• The Emirates Lounge: Exclusive to Emirates passengers and available from 5:40 am to 1:35 pm and from 4:25 pm to 11:55 pm. Offers luxury facilities, showers, a business centre and gourmet dining. Access: First Class and Business Class passengers, and Skywards members (Gold and Platinum levels).

South Terminal

• British Airways Lounges (Club & First): Located on the upper level and open from 5:00 am to 8:30 pm. They offer a wide range of wines, chef-prepared meals, work areas and showers. Access: British Airways passengers travelling in business or first class, and Oneworld Emerald or Sapphire status members.
• Club Aspire Lounge: Located on level 1 of the departures lounge and open from 6:30 am to 1:30 pm. Provides a complimentary menu, premium drinks and charging stations. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or pay on the door.
• Clubrooms: An exclusive space on the upper level aimed at passengers seeking maximum privacy and personalised service. Open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Access: Members of selected programmes or paid entry.
• My Lounge: A more informal and relaxed space located on the upper level, open from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm. Includes games, a self-service bar and an outdoor terrace for smokers. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or advance booking.
• No1 Lounge: Located on the upper level and open from 4:00 am to 9:00 pm. A spacious lounge with panoramic views, an international buffet and relaxation areas. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or pay on the door.

Note: Most lounges allow a maximum stay of 3 hours. Opening times are subject to change depending on the season and flight schedules.

Finance and Connectivity

The airport provides cash machines in both terminals, located both before and after security control. ChangeGroup currency exchange offices operate with extended opening hours (generally from 5:00 am until the last flight) and also offer 24-hour multi-currency ATMs. To stay connected, passengers have access to Free Gatwick Wi-Fi, a high-speed complimentary service available throughout the entire airport. In addition, there are mobile device charging stations and dedicated work areas within the departure lounges.

Food and Drink

Gatwick offers a wide culinary selection that includes signature restaurants, British pubs, fast-food outlets and bakeries. Chains such as Caffè Nero, Greggs and Pret A Manger operate 24 hours a day at selected locations, ensuring food options for passengers travelling on late-night or early-morning flights.

Shopping

In the departure areas of both terminals, you will find World Duty Free stores offering a wide range of tax-free products, from perfumes to spirits. The retail offering is complemented by luxury fashion boutiques, electronics stores, bookshops and convenience stores. Boots pharmacies are available in both terminals for the purchase of toiletries, cosmetics and basic medicines.

Baggage Services

• Luggage Trolleys: Available at key points throughout the airport. They operate using a refundable deposit system (coin required or card payment at selected stations).
• Baggage Wrapping: Plastic wrapping services for suitcases are available in the departure areas to enhance security during travel.
• Left Luggage: Operated by Excess Baggage Company and located in the arrivals level of both terminals. The service allows secure storage of luggage for short or extended periods.
• Lost Property: The airport uses a centralised lost property management service. In the event of a loss, passengers must complete the official online form to initiate the search and recovery process.

Other Services

The airport provides free drinking water fountains for bottle refills, located after security control. It also features multi-faith prayer rooms, beauty salons and massage services (Aerospa), as well as designated outdoor smoking areas at the terminals. For families, there are private breastfeeding rooms and baby changing facilities integrated into most restroom blocks.
