North Terminal

Clubrooms - Only for passengers over 12 years old, next to gates 101-113 and open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm (temporarily closed). Meals and drinks, TV, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership or by paying at the door (£50.00).

No1 Lounge - From 4:00 am to 7:30 pm, next to gates 101-113. The maximum stay is 3 hours. Cold and hot food, bar, Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, computers, conference facilities, fax, TV, air conditioning, telephones. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (£40.00).

Plaza Premium Lounge - From 6:00 am to 5:30 pm, on level 4 of the Departures Hall. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Games room, air conditioning, meals, drinks, Wi-Fi, press, children's area. Access: with DragonPass membership or by paying at the door (£40.00).

The Emirates Lounge - Available during flight hours in the Departures Hall (temporarily closed). Food, beverages, showers, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: first and business class passengers from Emirates, Skywards Gold or Platinum members.

The Gateway - Departures area, by gates 45-55 and 101-113. Open from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a maximum stay of 3 hours. Games room, snacks, drinks, newspapers, magazines, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club, or by paying at the door (£32.00).

South Terminal

British Airways Lounge - Upper mezzanine level, open from 5:00 am to 7:15 pm (temporarily closed). Workstations, Wi-Fi, food and drinks, showers, children's area, entertainments. Access: with Gold Executive Club or Silver membership, first or business class passengers from British Airways and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Club Aspire Lounge - It is located on level 1 and opens from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm (temporarily closed). Maximum stay: 3 hours. Workstations, TV, refreshments, air conditioning, showers, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, or by paying at the door (USD38.00).

Clubrooms - It is located on the upper level of the Departures Hall and opens from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm (only for passengers over 12 years old) (temporarily closed). Meals, drinks, private rooms, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, TV. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club, membership or by paying at the door (£50.00).

No1 Lounge - On the upper level of the Departure area, available from 4:00 am to 10:00 pm (temporarily closed). Maximum stay: 3 hours. The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (3:00 am to 10:00 pm), mailboxes, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, public telephones, workstations, plugs for electric devices, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge. Inside both terminals, there are also business and meeting facilities.

Food and Drinks

- In both terminals, you can find numerous options, with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and fast food outlets.

Shopping

- There are duty-free stores inside both terminals. There are also shops selling fashion and accessories, electronics, souvenirs, footwear, jewellery, perfumes, books, newspapers, magazines, confectioneries, alcoholic beverages.

Baggage

- Trolleys available throughout both terminals (they require a deposit of a £1.00 or €1.00 coin). Luggage storage and wrapping in the North Terminal, next to the inter-terminal shuttle, from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm (Tel +44 129 356 9900).
