Istanbul Airport offers one of the most comprehensive lounge experiences in the world, with spaces designed for both relaxation and productive work, strategically distributed across the international and domestic departure areas.

IGA Lounges

IGA Lounge International: Located on the international departures level (mezzanine), operating 24 hours a day. It offers an open buffet, bar, smoking terrace, showers, meeting rooms, a children’s play area, massage services and a relaxation zone.

Access: Via memberships such as Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe, or direct payment at reception.

IGA Lounge Domestic: Located near Gate G11, available 24 hours a day. It provides catering services, Wi-Fi, work areas and prayer rooms.

Access: Domestic passengers with compatible memberships or pay at the door.

IGA Pop Up Lounge: Located opposite Gate A6 (international flights), open 24 hours a day. It is a more agile option with refreshments, beverages and relaxation areas.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club, LoungeMe.

Turkish Airlines Lounges

Turkish Airlines Lounge Business: Exclusive to Business Class passengers. Located opposite Gate E1 and open 24 hours a day. It features private suites with showers, a golf simulator, an interactive games area and a wide range of Turkish and international cuisine.

Access: Turkish Airlines Business Class passengers or Star Alliance airline passengers.

Turkish Airlines Lounge Miles&Smiles: Located opposite Gate C1 and open 24 hours a day. It offers cinema rooms, a library, a children’s play area, showers and high-quality catering.

Access: Miles&Smiles Elite/Elite Plus members, Star Alliance Gold members and Business Class passengers.

Turkish Airlines Lounge Domestic: Located on the domestic departures level, accessible before the main terminal security checks (with its own check-in desk). It offers a buffet, play area and computers.

Access: Miles&Smiles Elite/Elite Plus/Classic Plus members, Star Alliance Gold members and Business Class passengers.

International Alliances

SkyTeam Lounge: Located in the west wing of level H (international departures), open 24 hours a day. It features a selection of local and international cuisine, workstations and showers.

Access: First or Business Class passengers of SkyTeam member airlines and SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Note: It is recommended to check the maximum permitted stay in each lounge, which is usually 3 hours for most third-party membership providers.

 Facilities and other services

The airport operates as a true "airport city", offering a range of 24-hour services to ensure the comfort of passengers in transit or with scheduled flights.

Financial Services

ATMs from various national and international banks, as well as currency exchange offices (Global Exchange), are available 24 hours a day in both the arrivals and departures levels.

Internet Connection

The iGA WiFi service offers free and unlimited internet access throughout the terminal. To connect, passengers can receive a code via SMS on their mobile phones or use the "WiFi Kiosks" located across the terminal by scanning their passport to obtain an access code.

Dining

The food and beverage offering is highly diverse and includes speciality cafés, traditional Turkish bakeries, international cuisine restaurants and fast-food chains. Most outlets in both international and domestic departure areas operate 24 hours. There are large food courts in the departures level, both before and after security checks.

Shopping

The Duty Free area, operated by Unifree, is one of the largest in the world with over 55,000 square metres. It features sections for luxury brands, Turkish local products, fashion, electronics and cosmetics. In addition, in the terminal’s public areas you will find pharmacies, florists, souvenir shops and newsagents.

Baggage

• Trolleys: Available throughout the terminal via a coin or card deposit system.
• Wrap services: Protective wrapping points using plastic film are available in the departure areas.
• Left luggage: Storage offices and automatic lockers operated by Baggage Storage are located on the Arrivals level (near the domestic arrivals exit) and on the Departures level (behind the check-in counters).
• Lost Property: Offices located opposite Gate 7 and in the boarding area near Gate C3. You can also complete the online enquiry form to report lost belongings in the terminal.

Rest and Health

• IGA Sleepod: Private rest cabins available for hourly rental, located in the international departures area.
• Showers: Available at the Ambassador Spa & Beauty Salon and in the VIP lounges.
• Prayer rooms: The airport has 44 prayer rooms (masjids) distributed throughout the terminal, with separate areas for men and women.
• Airport Museum: Located in the international departures level, it features exhibitions on the history and culture of Turkey.
• Smoking terraces: There are 13 smoking areas in the international section and 2 in the domestic section, all located after security control.

Drinking Water

Free drinking water fountains are strategically located near restroom blocks in the departure areas.
