Spending the night at the airport

Dulles Airport is very busy and open 24 hours a day, so you can spend the night inside if you have an early morning flight, and avoid extra expenses on accommodations and transfers. Be sure to bring some warm clothes and earplugs for a better rest.

Where to rest: Seats in the public area of the terminal have armrests, but past the security checkpoint you will find more comfortable benches, particularly in concourses C and D. There are also several VIP lounges with greater comfort and privacy, but these are closed at night. The Marriott hotel is located across the street from the terminal.

Baggage: The terminal does not have luggage storage services, so you will have to remain with your bags until check-in time.

Eating and drinking: In addition to vending machines, Dulles Gourmet Market, in baggage claim 14, is open 24 hours a day.

Restrooms: Showers are available inside some VIP lounges.

Wi-Fi: Free unlimited access.

Other services available around the clock: ATMs, chapel, baby changing rooms, children's entertainment area, newsstands.
