CLT offers nearly one hundred dining choices distributed across the Atrium, "The Plaza", and all boarding concourses. Duty-free stores (3Sixty Duty Free) operate in Concourse D adjacent to the international boarding gates. The terminal also features newsstands, tech accessories stores, bookstores, apparel boutiques, and regional souvenir gift shops.

• Luggage Storage: Under federal TSA security regulations, no luggage lockers or left-luggage storage facilities are available at the airport.
• Luggage Carts: Self-service baggage trolleys are available for a small fee in the baggage claim area and parking facilities.
