Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge - Situated on level 2, open from 1 hour before the first flight until the last. Snacks, bar, Wi-Fi, workstations, power sockets, photocopiers, printers, newspapers, magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Air New Zealand International Lounge - Located on level 1, past security and immigration, near 'JR Duty Free'. Open from 2 hours and 30 minutes before boarding. Light refreshments and bar, Wi-Fi, executive facilities, newspapers, magazines, TV, showers. Access: with Koru Club, Airpoints Gold or Elite membership, Air New Zealand business class passengers, Star Alliance airlines first or business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members.

Manaia Lounge - Level 1, opposite gate 29. Open from 4:15 am to 6:00 am, 8:20 am to 10:50 am and 1:50 pm to 5:45 pm. International flights only. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Smoking area, computers, air conditioning, beverages, fax, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi. Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange offices (during flight hours), postal, fax and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, public telephones, internet kiosks and free Wi-Fi access. Conference facilities at the nearby Novotel hotel.

There are fast food outlets, cafes, bars and restaurants, mainly on the first floor.

Shopping

Duty-free shops are available in the Arrivals and Departure areas of the international sector. Additional stores include bookshops, newsstands, cosmetics, gift shops, electronics, and convenience stores.

Baggage

Complimentary trolleys throughout the terminal and parking areas. Baggage wrapping and storage services are offered at The Travel Store, located in the check-in hall, from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm (Tel +64 9903 5589). Lost and found items within the terminal are handled by the airport services office, on the ground floor, behind the Air New Zealand check-in counters; available Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (online form).
