Domestic Terminal

Qantas Club

Located next to Gate 22. Opens from one hour before each Qantas service. Offers a buffet of snacks, bar, showers, Wi-Fi, work areas and a children’s zone.

Access: Qantas Club members, Qantas Platinum One, Platinum and Gold Frequent Flyer members, Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold, Qantas and Emirates business class passengers, and Oneworld Emerald and Sapphire members.

Qantas Business Lounge

Located next to Gate 22, Level 1. Open from one hour before the first flight. Features premium dining options, a premium bar and showers.

Access: Qantas business class passengers, Qantas Platinum One and Platinum Frequent Flyer members, and Oneworld Emerald members.

Virgin Australia Lounge

Situated opposite Gate 41. Available from one hour before the airline’s first flight until the last. Offers a modern design with bar service, light meals, specialty coffee, showers and work areas.

Access: Virgin Australia Lounge members, Velocity Platinum and Gold members, and Virgin Australia business class passengers.

International Terminal

Plaza Premium Lounge

Located on Level 3, next to Gate 77. Open daily from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm. Notable for its high-end design and wellness services. Offers international cuisine, high-speed Wi-Fi and workstations. Maximum stay: 2 hours.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club members, or via online booking and pay at the door.

Qantas International Premium Lounge

Located on Levels 3 and 4. Open from 5:00 am until the departure of the last Qantas flight. Features a chef-designed menu, Australian wine bar, spacious shower areas and business facilities.

Access: Similar to Qantas domestic lounges for international passengers and high-tier Oneworld members.

Air New Zealand International Lounge

Located on Level 3, between Gates 81 and 82. Opens 2.5 hours before each scheduled departure. Includes relaxation areas, a self-service bar and apron views.

Access: Koru Club members, Airpoints Gold and Elite, Air New Zealand business class passengers and Star Alliance Gold members.

SilverKris Lounge (Singapore Airlines)

Located next to Gate 81, Level 4. Open during the airline’s departure times. Offers the signature Singapore Airlines service with an excellent selection of Asian and Western cuisine.

Access: Singapore Airlines and Star Alliance first and business class passengers, and PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold members.

The Emirates Lounge

Next to Gate 75, Level 3. Available according to Emirates flight schedules (generally afternoon/evening). Offers a premium service with gourmet dining, luxury showers and direct boarding access for certain flights.

Access: Emirates first and business class passengers, and Skywards Platinum and Gold members.

Escape Lounge

Located near Gate 81, Level 4. Open from 5:00 am to 1:00 am. An independent lounge offering a wide selection of hot meals, bar service, showers and relaxation areas with panoramic views.

Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, via online booking or pay at the door.

 Facilities and other services

The airport offers a comprehensive range of services to ensure passenger comfort during their transit. Facilities include free Wi-Fi access in all public areas, charging stations for mobile devices, public telephones and postal services.

Finance and Connectivity

ATMs from various banks are available throughout both terminals. Currency exchange services are operated by Prosegur, with counters on Levels 2 and 3 of the International Terminal and Level 1 of the Domestic Terminal. For those needing local connectivity, mobile phone shops (Optus, Vodafone) offer SIM cards and data plans.

Dining

The dining options are varied and include bars, cafés, pizzerias, international restaurants and fast food outlets. While most venues operate in line with flight schedules, the Service Centre (located near the Skygate area) features a McDonald's open 24 hours a day. Vending machines for snacks and drinks are also available in the terminals.

Shopping

Passengers can find a wide variety of convenience stores, bookshops, electronics and fashion outlets. In the International Terminal, Lotte Duty Free offers tax-free items on Levels 2 and 3. Shops selling Australian regional products and souvenirs are also prominent, ideal for last-minute purchases. The nearby Skygate precinct features an outlet-style shopping centre (DFO) with more than 140 stores.

Baggage

Trolleys: Available in car parks and terminals (free of charge in the international area).

Storage and Lockers: Smart lockers managed by Smarte Carte are available. They are located on Level 1 of the International Terminal and outside the Domestic Terminal (near the Qantas and Virgin Australia areas). There is also a left-luggage office at Skygate.

Baggage wrapping: Protectabag luggage protection service available on Level 4 of the International Terminal.

Lost property: If you lose an item in the terminals, you must complete the lost property form on the official website. If the item was lost on board an aircraft, you should contact your airline directly.

Health and Wellbeing

The airport features the Brisbane Airport Medical Centre, a medical and dental clinic located in the Skygate area. In addition, there are pharmacies in both terminals, multi-faith prayer rooms, free drinking water fountains and designated smoking areas outside the buildings.

Showers: Free public shower facilities are available on Levels 2 and 3 of the International Terminal and on Level 2 of the Domestic Terminal, near Gates 26 and 36.
