Ride-sharing - Services from Uber and Ride Share pick-up passengers at the eastern end of Terminal 1 and at the northern end of Terminal 2.
Bus - Sun Palm Transport Group (Tel +61 740 991 191) operates a service to different hotels, the city centre and the northern beaches, including Palm Cove and Port Douglas. Buses leave every 30 minutes from 5:30 am to 0:30 am and stops are located near the Arrivals area of both terminals. Taxi - Vehicles from Cairns Taxis (Tel +61 131 008) are available to the city and the coastal area, covering from Ellis Beach to Wrights Creek, Edmonton. Each terminal has sheltered ranks at the front. The trip to downtown Cairns takes about 10 minutes.
Car rental counters are found in the Arrivals area of both terminals.

T1 Budget Car Park - Located opposite Terminal 1 and connected to the domestic building through a covered walkway.
T2 Car Park - Situated across from Terminal 2 and linked to Terminal 1 via a covered hallway. There is a premium area with covered spaces.
Passengers are asked to advise their airline or travel agent at the time of booking about any disability or assistance required at the airport. There are reserved parking spaces at the nearest point to the terminal entrances, accessible counters, induction loops, adapted restrooms and elevators. Ramps and aerobridges allow easy access to the aircraft. In some cases, an ambulift is also available.
