The airport has a bank (24 hours), currency exchange offices (24 hours), ATMs, a post office, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, power outlets for electronic devices, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi access. The Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport hotel is directly connected to the terminal via an underground walkway (about a 5-minute walk) and has meeting and conference rooms.

Food & Beverages

Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, fast-food outlets, bakeries, and ice cream parlors can be found inside the building, with several options open 24 hours.

Shopping

Duty-free shops on level 4, convenience stores, souvenirs, books, newspapers and magazines, fashion and accessories, cosmetics. Passengers with purchases eligible for VAT refund must submit their forms at the customs office located next to entrance 10 on level 4 before checking in their luggage.

Luggage

Protective luggage wrapping on the fourth floor, doors 2 to 10. 24-hour luggage storage service on the second floor (near the tourist police) and on the fourth floor, behind row P counters (Tel +66 2 134 7795 / 7796).
