Spending the night at the airport

Suvarnabhumi Airport is in optimal condition for those passengers with connecting flights or very early departures who need to spend part of the night inside the terminal. In addition to being open 24 hours, it offers several comfortable seats for resting, as well as quiet areas. It is recommended to bring an eye mask, as the lights are very bright. The airport can also be very noisy, so it is advisable to have earplugs or noise-canceling headphones.

Where to rest: You will find many armrest-free benches throughout the facility, which you can move to improvise a bed, for example next to baggage carousels 11-12. On the 7th floor, the observation deck provides a quiet area with comfortable chairs and a moderate level of air conditioning to avoid the cold.

On floor B, near some commercial stores, there are comfortable seats. Similarly, on the same level, the area near the train station entrance is quite quiet, as the service does not operate at night; it is suggested to have a blanket on hand, as the place can be quite cold.

Another comfortable option is the prayer room. The third-floor food court, in the domestic area, is another place that is usually quieter at night. Additionally, the airport's VIP lounges offer greater comfort and privacy, and some are open 24 hours.

Inside the facility there are also two transit hotels, two capsule-type options, and two hotels directly connected to the terminal via walkway.

Luggage: 24-hour luggage storage service on the second and fourth floors.

Food and drinks: In the ground transportation area, on the ground floor, there is a food court available 24 hours.

Restrooms: Showers are only available in the VIP lounges.

Wi-Fi: Access is free, but it has a daily limit of approximately one hour (in reconnectable 15-minute sessions). For longer use, it is advisable to consider a local SIM or eSIM.

Other 24-hour services: Currency exchange offices, ATMs, prayer room, children's entertainment areas.

On the third floor of Concourse A is the Miracle Transit Hotel, while Boxtel @ Suvarnabhumi Airport, Avagard Capsule Hotel, and Prime Sleep by Miracle are located in the basement, near the Airport Rail Link station. All offer hourly bookings, ideal for layovers or extended waits.

The Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport is connected to the terminal via an underground walkway. The Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel offers a mid-range alternative, also connected by a covered walkway (about a 5-minute walk) and with a free 24-hour shuttle.
