Terminals
The airport operates through a single passenger terminal, the David McCampbell Terminal, organized into three levels:
- Level 1: Arrivals, baggage claim area, car rental counters, and ground transportation.
- Level 2: TSA security screening checkpoints, boarding gates across three concourses (A, B, and C), VIP lounges, shops, and dining.
- Level 3: Airline check-in and ticketing counters, and outer curb rideshare passenger pickup.

Information Points
The Travelers Services information desk is located on Level 2 of the main terminal. Volunteer airport ambassadors and white courtesy telephones are also situated across the terminal building to assist passengers.

The airport is located 5 km (3 miles) west of downtown West Palm Beach in Palm Beach County, Florida, with direct highway access via Interstate 95, Southern Boulevard, and Belvedere Road.

The airport provides four on-site parking facilities directly connected or linked to the terminal, as well as a complimentary waiting lot for passenger pick-ups.
Parking Facilities
- Premium: uncovered lot located outside baggage claim on Level 1, offering immediate terminal access (USD 34.00 per day; first 20 minutes USD 3.00).
- Short Term: covered parking on Levels 4 through 7 of the terminal garage with direct elevator access to Level 2. EV charging stations available on Level 5 (USD 21.00 daily maximum; USD 3.00 per 20 minutes).
- Long Term: covered garage and surface parking connected via a covered walkway to Level 2 (USD 14.00 daily maximum; USD 2.00 per 20 minutes).
- Economy: surface lot southwest of the terminal with 24-hour complimentary shuttle buses running every 15 minutes (USD 8.00 daily maximum; USD 2.00 per 20 minutes).
Free Cell Phone Waiting Lot
Located at 2050 Belvedere Road (at Florida Mango Road) in the Travel Plaza. Drivers can wait free of charge in their vehicle until their arriving passenger calls from baggage claim. The Travel Plaza features a Mobil gas station, 7-Eleven store, Dunkin', and EV charging stations.

Payments can be made using major credit cards, cash, or automated SunPass Plus lanes.
