Airside Concourse Area

Delta Sky Club

Location: Concourse C, opposite Gate C4.

Hours: daily from 4:45 am to 8:15 pm.

Amenities: complimentary hot and cold buffet, full bar with premium beverages, high-speed Wi-Fi, work stations, charging outlets, and reading materials.

Access: Delta Sky Club members, passengers in Delta One or SkyTeam partner premium cabins, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, and eligible American Express Platinum or Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders on a same-day Delta flight.

Escape Lounges - The Centurion Studio Partner

Location: Level 2, just past the central security checkpoint at the entrance to Concourses A and B.

Hours: daily from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Amenities: chef-curated food menu, complimentary drinks and cocktails, quiet family room, high-speed Wi-Fi, power ports at every seat, and flight departure monitors. Maximum stay is 3 hours.

Access: American Express The Platinum Card and Business Platinum Card members, Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders (traveling on Delta), DragonPass members, or pay-at-the-door (USD 45.00) and online advance booking (USD 40.00 at least 24 hours prior).

The terminal features a comprehensive range of amenities designed for traveler comfort throughout the journey.

Banking and Connectivity

• Wi-Fi: free high-speed wireless internet available throughout the terminal by connecting to the official airport Wi-Fi network.
• ATMs: located on Levels 1, 2, and 3, in both public and airside departure areas.
• Charging stations: power outlets and USB charging ports integrated into seating gate areas.

Food and Drinks

Dining options include sit-down restaurants, quick-service eateries, coffee houses, and bars located on Level 2 and along Concourses B and C. Options include Starbucks, Dunkin', Sam Snead's Tavern, Chili's Too, California Pizza Kitchen, and Burger King, with hours operating in alignment with airline flight schedules.

Shopping

Newsstands, souvenir boutiques, travel accessories, and specialty apparel shops on Level 2, including the PGA Tour Shop, CNBC News stands, and Best Buy Express automated retail kiosks.

Baggage Services

• Luggage carts: available for a USD 5.00 rental fee in baggage claim and curbside arrival zones.
• Luggage storage: due to TSA security regulations, luggage storage and lockers are not available at PBI.
