Terminal 5

British Airways Lounge - Gate M17, open from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Business facilities, Wi-Fi, drinks, food, entertainment, telephones. Access: British Airways Gold Executive Club/Silver membership, British Airways and Oneworld airlines first or business class passengers, Emerald or Sapphire members.

Delta Sky Club - In front of gate M13. Sunday through Friday from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 4:30 am to 7:00 pm. Wi-Fi, charging stations, reading material, meals, bar. Facilities and other services

The airport has banking services (7:00 am to 9:00 pm), ATMs, mailboxes, VIP lounges, power outlets, pay phones and free Wi-Fi access. At the Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport hotel, located across from Terminal 2, there is a business center and meeting rooms, fitness center and solarium (accessed with a day membership).

Food and Drinks

All terminals have a variety of restaurants, bars, fast food outlets and cafes, some open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free shops in the boarding area of all terminals. There are also convenience stores, souvenirs, electronics, clothing and accessories, cosmetics, sweets, books, newspapers and magazines, jewelry, sports.

Baggage

Chicago Police counters are located on the upper level of all terminals and the MMF building for inquiries about lost and found items in the public area (Tel +1 773 686 2385). For losses within the security area, enter the TSA lost and found area.

Other Services
