Escape Lounge – The Centurion Studio Partner

Location: Terminal 1, post-security, between Gates 8 and 8A (opposite Gate 9). Terminal 2 passengers can access the lounge via the secure post-security pedestrian connector.

Hours: daily from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm (food and beverage service ends 30 minutes before closing).

Services: hot and cold buffet dishes, complimentary wine, beer, and spirits, high-speed Wi-Fi, business workstations with power outlets, digital reading materials, and flight information screens.

Access: complimentary entry for American Express Centurion, The Platinum Card, and Business Platinum cardholders; Delta SkyMiles Reserve members (when flying on a Delta-marketed flight); Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, and TAV Passport members; or via online day-pass reservation and walk-up payment at the door.

Finance and Connectivity

• Wi-Fi: free wireless internet provided by Boingo in 45-minute sponsored sessions (after viewing a short 30-second commercial), with premium high-speed ad-free options available for purchase.
• ATMs: located throughout pre-security and post-security concourses in both terminals.
• Charging Stations: power outlets and Clear Channel electronic device charging hubs located near gates 8 and 10 in Terminal 1 and at Southwest gate seating areas in Terminal 2.

Food and Dining

Food and beverage options feature sit-down dining, quick-service eateries, regional coffee shops, and bars. Notable local and regional concepts include Trader Vic's (the iconic tiki bar serving cocktails and small bites), Southie (salads, gourmet sandwiches, and fresh breakfast in Terminal 2), Heinold's First and Last Chance Saloon, California Pizza Kitchen, Farley's Cafe, Oaklandish Coffee Collective, Pyramid Taproom, Vino Volo, and fast-food favorites like Subway and Andale Mexican Restaurant, located primarily post-security in Terminal 2 and along Terminal 1.

Shopping and Duty-Free

In Terminal 1, adjacent to Gate 1, is a Duty-Free store offering perfumes, liquor, and travel exclusives. Both terminals also feature newsstands (Hudson News), souvenir boutiques, regional confectionery (See's Candies), books, apparel, and electronics kiosks.

Luggage Services

• Luggage Storage: the airport has no luggage lockers or left-luggage storage facilities due to federal aviation security regulations.
• Lost and Found: managed by the airport administrative offices on the second floor of Terminal 1, open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, with an online claim form accessible through the official airport website.

Other Services

Private nursing suites (Mamava pods) and baby-changing facilities in restrooms across both terminals, drinking fountains with water bottle refill stations, and designated Service Animal Relief Areas located both pre-security and post-security.
