Which are the Vip lounges at Narita Tokyo airport (NRT) and how to access:

Narita Airport offers an extensive network of VIP lounges spread across its main terminals, providing spaces designed for relaxation, work and fine dining. Most of these lounges are located after security control (airside), although there are also options accessible before the checkpoints (landside).

Terminal 1

• ANA Lounge: There are two main locations in Satellite 5 (Level 4) and Satellite 2 (Level 2). They offer showers, workstations, a hot food buffet and a bar. Access: First Class or Business Class passengers travelling with All Nippon Airways and Star Alliance carriers, Star Alliance Gold members, or ANA Diamond/Platinum members.
• IASS Executive Lounge 1: Located on the fifth floor of the North Wing (before security control). Opening hours: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Offers drinks, newspapers and magazines, and Wi-Fi. Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club members.
• IASS Superior Lounge NOA: Located on the third floor, near Gate 26. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Features refreshments, beverages and relaxation areas. Access: Priority access for Priority Pass and LoungeKey members.
• KAL Lounge: Located next to Gate 26 (Level 3). Offers snacks, drinks and a business area. Access: First Class and Business Class passengers of Korean Air and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members and selected SkyPass members.
• Narita Premier Lounge: Located on the fourth floor of Satellite 1. Features showers, meals and premium beverages. Commonly used by airlines such as Delta, Air France and KLM. Access: Business Class passengers of partner airlines or via payment at the entrance (subject to availability).
• Turkish Airlines Lounge: Situated in the South Wing, near Gate 47. Includes showers, a buffet, a prayer room and a smoking area. Access: Business Class passengers of Turkish Airlines and Star Alliance carriers, and Star Alliance Gold members.
• United Club: Located next to Gate 31. It is one of the largest lounges, featuring showers, workstations and views of the runways. Access: United Club members, Star Alliance Business Class passengers and Star Alliance Gold members.

Terminal 2

• Aspire Lounge: Located next to Gate C81. Maximum stay: 3 hours. Features showers, freshly prepared meals and high-speed Wi-Fi. Access: DragonPass or Priority Pass membership, or through advance online booking.
• Cathay Pacific Lounge: Level 2, near Gate 71. Offers a high-quality dining selection and workstations. Access: First Class or Business Class passengers of Cathay Pacific and Oneworld airlines, and Emerald or Sapphire members.
• China Airlines Dynasty Lounge: Level 2, next to Gate 71. Offers hot meals, beverages and luggage storage. Access: Business Class passengers of China Airlines and SkyTeam carriers, and SkyTeam Elite Plus members.
• IASS Executive Lounge 2: Located on the fourth level, next to the check-in counters (before security control). Access: Holders of premium Japanese credit cards and international memberships such as Priority Pass.
• IASS Superior Lounge KoCoo: Level 4, after security control. Maximum stay: 2 hours. Access: Priority Pass and LoungeKey members.
• Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge: The airline operates several lounges (Main and Satellite) offering premium services such as massages (subject to availability), luxury showers and its famous curry buffet. Access: JAL and Oneworld Business Class or First Class passengers, JGC members and Oneworld Emerald/Sapphire status holders.
• The Emirates Lounge: Level 4. Opens specifically to coincide with Emirates departures. Offers gourmet cuisine and showers. Access: Emirates First Class and Business Class passengers, and Skywards Gold/Platinum members.

Important Information

Showers: Most airline lounges (ANA, JAL, United, Turkish and Emirates) provide complimentary shower facilities for their guests. If your lounge does not offer them, the airport provides paid public shower facilities in Terminals 1 and 2.

Length of stay limits: Third-party lounges (such as IASS and Aspire) generally impose a stay limit of between 2 and 3 hours to ensure passenger turnover.

Facilities and other services

The airport offers a comprehensive infrastructure designed to meet the needs of international travellers. Across all three terminals, you will find bank branches, cash machines from various international networks, post offices and several currency exchange centres with extended opening hours. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the airport under the network name "FreeWiFi-Narita". In addition, there are internet kiosks and business centres with printing and fax services in Terminal 1 (fifth floor).

Dining

The dining options are extremely varied and include everything from high-end Japanese cuisine (sushi, ramen and tempura) to international restaurants, cafés and fast-food outlets. For passengers travelling during the early hours, the airport offers the following 24-hour establishments:

• Yoshinoya: Located on the second floor of Terminal 2.
• Matsuya: Situated on the second floor of Terminal 3.

Shopping

There are extensive shopping areas featuring duty-free shops, luxury brand boutiques, electronics stores, pharmacies and bookshops. You will also find convenience stores (such as Lawson and 7-Eleven) open from early morning until late at night in the arrivals and departures levels of all terminals.

Baggage

• Baggage Storage and Cloakroom: Manual storage services are available in Terminals 1 and 2 (Levels 1 and 4). They generally operate from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.
• Lockers: Coin-operated lockers and units accessible with transport cards (Suica/Pasmo) are located on Levels B1, 1 and 4 of Terminal 1; Levels B1, 2 and 3 of Terminal 2; and Level 2 of Terminal 3.
• Baggage Delivery (Takkyubin): An essential service in Japan that allows you to send your luggage directly to your hotel or home anywhere in the country. Counters operated by companies such as JAL ABC and Yamato are located in the arrivals area.
• Luggage Wrapping: Plastic wrapping stations are available on the fourth floor of Terminal 1 and the third floor of Terminal 2.
• Lost Property: If you have misplaced an item in the airport's public areas, you can contact the security offices (open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm) or complete their official contact form.

Other Services

To enhance the transit experience, the airport provides:

• Health and Wellbeing: Emergency medical clinics, pharmacies, hairdressers, beauty salons and massage chairs.
• Rest Facilities: Paid public showers and nap rooms in Terminals 1 and 2.
