ANA Lounge - Two lounges located on the second and fourth floors of Terminal 1 and one in the south wing of the Arrivals lobby. Temporarily closed. Showers, workstations, newspapers, drinks. Access: with ANA Diamond Service, ANA Platinum Service or ANA Super Flyers Card membership, first or business class passengers from All Nippon Airways and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door.

Cathay Pacific First and Business Class Lounge - On the fourth floor of Terminal 2. Temporarily closed. Food and drinks, printers, photocopiers, workstations, Wi-Fi, luggage storage, newspapers, magazines. Access: with Marco Polo Diamond, Gold or Silver membership, first or business class passengers from Cathay Pacific and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

China Airlines Dynasty Lounge - Situated on the second floor of Terminal 2, next to gate 71. Temporarily closed. Food and drinks, Wi-Fi, left luggage service, newspapers and magazines, telephones. Access: with Dynasty Gold, Emerald or Paragon membership, first or business class passengers from China Airlines and SkyTeam airlines, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

IASS Executive Lounge - On the fifth floor of Terminal 1 and the fourth level of Terminal 2. Open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Computers, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, refreshments, drinks, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door.

Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge - Lounges located on the second, third and fourth floors of Terminal 2, open from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. Workstations, showers, reflexology, Wi-Fi, shoeshines, food, drinks. Access: with JMB Diamond, JGC Premier, JMB Sapphire and JAL Global Club membership, first or business class passengers from Japan Airlines and Oneworld airlines, Emerald or Sapphire members.

KAL Business Class Lounge - Near gate 26 of Terminal 1. Temporarily closed. TV, snacks, drinks, fax, computers, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, Diners Club, SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Premium Club membership, first or business class passengers from Korean Air, SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Narita Premier Lounge - Fourth floor of Terminal 1, open from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. Meals, drinks, newspapers, magazines, Wi-Fi, showers. Access: by paying at the door.

Narita TraveLounge - Terminal 1, third floor, open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. Beverages, press, telephones, refreshments. Access: by paying at the door.

T.E.I. Lounge - Fourth floor of Terminal 2, from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, fax, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi. Access: with Diners Club membership or by paying at the door.

The Emirates Lounge - Fourth floor of Terminal 2. Temporarily closed. Gourmet cuisine, showers, beverages, Wi-Fi. Access: with Skywards Gold or Platinum membership, first or business class passengers from Emirates.

United Club - It is found on the third floor of Terminal 1. Temporarily closed. Snacks, telephones, children's area, Wi-Fi, press, TV, computers, drinks, showers. Access: with United Club, Premier Gold, Premium Platinum, Premier 1K and Global Services membership, first or business class passengers from United Airlines and Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members, US active military personnel, or by paying at the door.

Facilities and other services

 

The airport has banks (Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm), ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (24 hours a day), postal, fax, copying and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, plugs for electric devices, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge. On the fifth floor of Terminal 1, there is a business centre with several services.

Food and Drinks

Regional and international restaurants, fast food outlets, coffee shops and bars scattered throughout the enclosure. Yoshinoya, on the second floor of Terminal 2, is open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

There is a wide range of options, with duty-free shops, convenience stores, souvenirs, accessories, fashion, books, press, jewellery, cosmetics, electronics, toys.

Baggage

Secure wrapping on the fourth floor of Terminal 1 (8:00 am to 9:00 pm) and the third level of Terminal 2 (6:30 am to 10:00 pm) (Tel +81 705 086 3666 / 476 348 533). Lockers on floor 1 and 4 of Terminal 1, on levels B1 and 3 of Terminal 2, and on the second floor of Terminal 3. Left luggage service on levels 1 and 4 of Terminal 1 (Tel +81 476 332 234), and on floors 1 and 3 of Terminal 2 (Tel +81 476 348 533 / 476 348 535 / 335 451 131), and in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 3 (Tel +81 476 348 833), from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. The lost and found offices operate Mondays through Fridays between 8:30 am and 5:15 pm (Tel +81 476 322 105 / 345 220 / 344 195; online form).
