Munich airport (MUC)

Munich Airport, opened on May 17, 1992, is one of the busiest in Germany and Europe. It operates with several domestic flights and overseas.

Number of Terminals - 2 - Terminals 1 and 2, open 24 hours a day. The Munich Airport Center is a shopping area connecting the two terminals.

The central information desk is found on level 3 of the Munich Airport Center and is available around the clock. Other information points are located on levels 3 and 4 of the terminals and are open from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm.

Parking services at Munich airport (MUC)

Munich Airport has a wide availability of parking for short and long periods, with charging stations for electric vehicles. Valet parking service outside modules B and D of Terminal 1 and level 4 of Terminal 2.

Short term

In the departures lane (Kiss & Fly) and the arrivals lane (Kiss & Ride) in terminals 1 and 2, drivers can stop free of charge for a short period of time (departures: 5 min. / arrivals 10 min.) After that, a fee of €2.50 is charged every 15 min. (maximum 4 hours of stay).

Long term

P1 - Underground car park for short stays in front of Terminal 1.
P5, P7 - Parking lots located underground opposite Terminal 1, for long stays.
P20 - Covered spaces next to Terminal 2.
P26, P27 - Underground garages adjacent to the central area.
P41, P42, P44, P51 - Remote sector with free buses.
P90 - Budget area away from the main building, connected through the train services.

Facilities for passengers with special needs

There are ramps, lifts, escalators, accessible restrooms, Braille signage, tactile guidance systems, reserved parking spaces, a special service counter in the check-in hall of Terminal 2, free wheelchairs at the information points. Notify your airline or travel agency about your particular needs at least 48 hours in advance.
