Airport VIP Lounges

The airport features a dedicated business and work lounge for frequent and corporate travelers.

Passenger Terminal

IMEG Business Lounge

Location: Inside the passenger terminal building.

Amenities: Quiet work setting, comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and electronic device charging stations.

Access: Available to passengers traveling on any airline through registration and purchase of a lounge membership on the airport's official website. It is not affiliated with airline lounge networks or global lounge programs like Priority Pass.

The passenger terminal provides essential retail, dining, and travel support amenities for departing and arriving passengers.

Financial Services and Connectivity

• ATMs: Cash machines located throughout the main public terminal lobby.
• Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access available across the terminal.
• Charging stations: Power outlets and USB ports located within the gate boarding areas and workstations.

Dining

Before security in the public lobby, passengers will find a full-service sit-down restaurant and cafe offering breakfast, lunch, and bakery items such as Cinnabon. Post-security in the concourses, amenities include the Deli & Coffee Bar (operating from 4:30 a.m. until the last flight departure, serving Caribou coffee, grab-and-go fare, and Whitey's ice cream), alongside Sammie's Sandwich Company, Smash Pizza, and a full-service bar in Concourse B.

Shopping

Two retail gift shops (Paradies-Lagardère / CNBC News Gift Shop) operate at the airport: one in the public area near the suspended historic aircraft display and one in Concourse B. Offerings include news publications, regional snacks, travel sundries, and official John Deere licensed merchandise. Duty-free shopping is not available.

Baggage Services

Luggage storage facilities or left-luggage lockers are not provided due to federal safety regulations. For personal items misplaced within the terminal or parking lots, contact the airport Public Safety Department at +1 (309) 757-1739. For articles lost at the TSA security screening checkpoint, inquiries must be directed to federal security staff. For delayed or damaged checked luggage, passengers should contact their airline baggage service desk in the arrivals area directly.

Other Services

Located in the main hallway opposite the public restaurant is the Quad City Art at the Airport Gallery, showcasing rotating art exhibitions by local artists.
