USO Center

Location: Main Terminal, pre-security area near the entrance to Concourse D.

Hours: Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm; Wednesday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Amenities: complimentary drinks and snacks, power outlets, computers with internet access, workstations, Wi-Fi, television screens, music room, quiet rest area, and ground transportation guidance.

Access: exclusive free access for active-duty U.S. military personnel and their dependent family members with valid military identification.

Milwaukee Mitchell Airport offers a variety of amenities and retail services both pre-security and post-security.

Finance and Connectivity

• Wi-Fi: free Wi-Fi connection provided via the "MKE Free WiFi" network (operated by Boingo).
• ATMs: BMO Harris Bank machines located in the Main Terminal.
• Cash-to-Card Conversion: ReadyCARD kiosks in the ticketing area convert cash into prepaid debit cards accepted by airlines. There is no active physical currency exchange booth on-site.
• Device Charging: power outlets integrated into gate seating areas.

Dining options include full-service restaurants, bars, and fast-casual outlets:

• Main Terminal (pre-security): Miller Brewhouse, Northpoint, Starbucks.
• Concourse C: Central Standard Tavern, Chili's Too, Cousins Subs, Auntie Anne's, Pizzeria Piccola, Vino Volo Wine Bar. Farmer's Fridge fresh vending machines available 24 hours.
• Concourse D: Garden District Kitchen and Bar, Great American Bagel, Leinie Lodge, Nonna Bartolotta's, Starbucks. Farmer's Fridge fresh vending machines available 24 hours.

Shopping

Retail stores, gift shops, and bookstores are situated along the concourses and the concession atrium: Summerfest Marketplace, Bronzeville Crossing, Miller Brewery Shop, PGA Tour Shop, Renaissance Books, Brew City Brand, and Lakeview Travel Mart. There is no commercial duty-free shop operating for regular flights.

Baggage Services

• Coat Check: available at Summerfest Marketplace (pre-security shopping mall) for USD 2.00 per day (maximum USD 10.00 for the entire stay).
• Luggage Storage: no luggage storage or locker service is available due to TSA regulations.
• Luggage Carts: available throughout the terminal.
• Lost and Found: items lost in the terminal are handled at the Traveler's Aid Desk (5:00 am to 0:00 am, Tel +1 414 747 5245). Items misplaced at TSA security checkpoints should be directed to +1 414 238 6015 ([email protected]). For items left aboard aircraft, contact the airline directly.

Other Services

Free Mitchell Gallery of Flight Museum, multi-faith MKE Meditation Room located in the hallway to the parking garage, mailboxes, baby changing and nursing facilities, children's play areas, and shoeshine services.
