Hanaq VIP Lounge (International Flights)

Location: International boarding area. After security control, go through gate 17, turn left, and walk 20 meters down the corridor to the VIP lounge entrance.
Hours: 24 hours.
Services: Food buffet and bar (one alcoholic drink per adult), showers, workstations, Wi-Fi, rest areas, children's area, and reading material. Disability access.
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club memberships.

Sumaq VIP Lounge (International Flights)

Location: International boarding area, near gate 17.
Hours: 24 hours.
Services: Food and drink (full buffet), showers, Wi-Fi, business center, rest areas, and TV.
Access: Primarily for passengers traveling in premium classes or with eligible frequent flyer status from partner airlines. Access is also possible with certain paid memberships.

El Salon by Newrest (Domestic Flights)

Location: Domestic boarding area. After security control, turn right towards the gates. The entrance is just before the TANTA restaurant, in front of gate 13.
Hours: Open from early morning until the last flight of the day.
Services: Selection of snacks and drinks (includes alcoholic beverages), showers, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating areas, workstations, and TV. Luggage storage is allowed at no cost within the lounge.
Access: Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club memberships.

Additional tip: Keep in mind that to access any of these VIP lounges located after security filters, you must already have your boarding pass and, for international lounges, have gone through immigration control.

The terminal has ATMs from various banking networks, as well as currency exchange services available 24 hours. The airport offers free and unlimited Wi-Fi access for all passengers.

Food & Beverages

You will find a wide and varied gastronomic offering that includes a large food court, restaurants, fast food outlets, and coffee shops. Many of these options remain open 24 hours, ensuring availability at any time of your trip.

Shopping and Duty-Free

In the international boarding area, you will find the Duty Free Shop, with a wide variety of duty-free products. Additionally, the terminal houses numerous souvenir shops, Peruvian handicrafts, fashion, jewelry, books, and convenience products.

Luggage Services

• Luggage Storage: The luggage storage service is available 24 hours and is located in the arrivals area.
• Luggage Wrapping: The luggage wrapping and protection service also operates 24 hours in the departures area, before check-in.
• Lost and Found: If you have lost any belongings, you can contact the lost and found office. It is located on the 3rd Floor, check-in area, on the left side of security control, and operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (including holidays). The recommended method to initiate a claim is through their online form.
