Airside / Departures Area
The Club at Blue Grass
Location: Concourse B, third level (post-security).
Hours: Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm, Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed on Saturdays).
Amenities: quiet computer workstations, complimentary snacks and beverages, personalized assistance, and panoramic tarmac views. Showers and beds are not available.
Access: complimentary for eligible members of American Airlines Admirals Club, Delta Sky Club, and United Club; day passes are available to any passenger for US$ 25.

Blue Grass Airport offers a comprehensive range of passenger services and amenities across its three levels to accommodate travelers.
Finance and Connectivity
- Wi-Fi: free wireless internet access is available throughout the entire terminal.
- ATMs and Payments: traditional ATMs and a Reverse ATM in the lobby that converts cash into prepaid debit cards, facilitating purchases in an increasingly cashless airport environment.
Food and Drink
Restaurants, cafés, and bars managed by Areas are available both in the landside public concourse (Level 1) and airside (Level 2) past the security checkpoint.
Shopping
Retail shops operated by Paradies Lagardère on both terminal levels offer travel essentials, newspapers, books, souvenirs, and regional spirits.
Luggage Services
Due to federal security regulations, no luggage storage facilities, left-luggage desks, or lockers are provided. For items lost in public areas or at the TSA checkpoint, contact the airport police lost and found department at +1 859-425-3100.
Family Facilities
A dedicated Mothers' Nursing Suite is located in Concourse B (Level 2), featuring a secure lockable door, rocking chairs, microwave, sink, and changing station. Free coloring books and crayons are also available at the Information Desk.
Additional Amenities
Outdoor pet relief area (LEX Pets) for service animals and pets, as well as first aid stations.
