Spending the Night: Operating Hours
The public side of Blue Grass Airport terminal is open 24 hours a day, allowing passengers with early morning flights or overnight delays to stay inside. However, concourses and gate areas close after the last daily arrival, and the TSA checkpoint does not reopen until 4:00 am, meaning overnight stays must take place landside before security.
Rest Areas
The landside lobby features benches without armrests suitable for lying down. There are no designated quiet zones or resting pods; bringing warm layers or a blanket is recommended, as air conditioning temperatures can drop noticeably overnight.
Luggage Storage
No luggage lockers or baggage storage facilities exist, so you must keep all bags with you at all times.
Overnight Food and Drinks
All restaurants, cafés, and food outlets close overnight. Only vending machines dispensing snacks and drinks remain accessible in the public lobby.
Security and Wi-Fi
Airport police patrol the terminal through the night, and complimentary Wi-Fi remains active 24/7.

Public restrooms and first-floor ATMs remain accessible around the clock.
