Terminals
The airport features a modern, two-level passenger terminal with a single concourse housing 12 gates (gates 1 through 12). The public building is open 24 hours a day, although the TSA security checkpoint closes overnight after the last departure and reopens early in the morning.

Information Desks
The Visitor Information Counter is located on the ground floor in the baggage claim area. Additionally, airport volunteers wearing red uniforms provide guidance and assistance throughout the facility.

Baggage and Lost & Found
Smarte Carte luggage carts are available for a small fee in baggage claim and the garage. Due to TSA security regulations, no luggage storage or locker facilities are provided. The Lost and Found office is operated by Airport Police (+1 316 946 4740).

Private Mamava nursing lactation pod across from Gate 3 (accessible via mobile app), five family restrooms, a children's play area near Gate 1, and massage chairs.

The airport is approximately a 15-minute drive from downtown Wichita, with ground transportation services available along the commercial lane in front of the terminal.

- Park & Ride: Remote economy lot near the airport entrance with a complimentary shuttle running to the terminal every 15 minutes (credit card payment only).
- Short-Term Lot: Close-in surface lot located directly in front of the terminal. The first 60 minutes are free.

Cell Phone Lot: Free waiting area for motorists waiting for arriving passengers who have already collected their luggage.
