 Which are the Vip lounges at Hamburg airport (HAM) and how to access:

Airport Lounge - It is situated on level 3 of the Airport Plaza and opens from 9:30 am to 10:00 pm (closed on Fridays). Maximum stay: 3 hours. Bar, snacks, TV, newspapers and magazines, private alcoves, workstations, internet access, rest area, smoking lounge, showers. Access: with Priority Pass, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (€25.00).

Emirates Lounge - Level 3 of the Airport Plaza, open from 3 hours before the flight departure until 30 minutes after. Showers, business centre, food, TV. Access: first or business class passengers from Emirates, Skywards Gold or Platinum members.

Lufthansa Lounge - Open Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:15 am to 8:00 pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:15 am to 8:45 pm, Sundays from 2:00 pm to 7:45 pm (closed on Fridays and Saturdays). Located next to gate A19 of Terminal 2. Snacks, TV, drinks, newspapers and magazines, smoking area, Wi-Fi. Access: with DragonPass, United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first-class passengers from Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines and Star Alliance airlines, Miles & More HON Circle and Senator or Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door (€39.00).

Hamburg airport (HAM)

The airport has currency exchange bureaus (1:00 pm to 9:00 pm), ATMs, post office, fax, photocopying and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 24 hours. Conference rooms on level 3 of Terminal 2 and at the Radisson Blu hotel, located inside the grounds.

Food and Drinks

- A great variety of restaurants, coffee shops, fast food outlets, bars and bakeries is available throughout the terminals.

Shopping

- Duty-free stores on level 1. There are also retailers selling souvenirs, clothing and accessories, jewellery, books, cosmetics, perfumes, newsagents, flowers, tobacco, electronics.

Baggage

- Trolleys available in front of the terminals and the parking lots for €0.50-1.00. Porter service (Tel +49 405 075 2010). Luggage storage on level 1 of Terminal 2, from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm (Tel +49 405 075 3983). Secure wrapping on the Arrivals level of Terminal 1, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (Tel +49 405 480 3383). For enquiries about lost property, contact the information counter Mondays through Fridays from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm (Tel +49 405 0750).
