 Which are the Vip lounges at Hamburg airport (HAM) and how to access:

Airport Lounge - Located on level 3 of the Airport Plaza and opens from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm (Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm). Maximum stay: 3 hours. Bar, snacks, TV, newspapers and magazines, private alcoves, workstations, internet access, rest area, smoking lounge, showers. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (EUR  45.00).

Emirates Lounge - Level 3 of the Airport Plaza, open from 3:40 pm to 2:00 am. Showers, business centre, meals, TV. Access: first or business class passengers from Emirates, Skywards Gold or Platinum members.

Lufthansa Lounge - Open from 5:00 am to 8:15 pm and located next to gate A19 in Terminal 2. Snacks, TV, drinks, newspapers and magazines, smoking area, Wi-Fi. Access: with United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first-class passengers from Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines and Star Alliance airlines, Miles & More HON Circle and Senator or Star Alliance Gold members, or by paying at the door (EUR 39.00).

Facilities and other services

The airport has currency exchange bureaus (2:00 pm to 10:00 pm), ATMs, post office, fax, photocopying and mobile phone services, VIP lounges, internet kiosks and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 24 hours. Conference rooms on level 3 of Terminal 2 and at the Radisson Blu hotel, located on the premises.

Food and Drinks

A variety of restaurants, coffee shops, fast food outlets, bars and bakeries are available throughout the terminals.

Shopping

Duty-free stores on level 1. There are also retailers selling souvenirs, clothing and accessories, jewellery, books, cosmetics, perfumes, newsagents, flowers, tobacco, electronics.

Baggage

Trolleys available in front of the terminals and the parking lots for €0.50-1.00. Porter service (Tel +49 405 075 2010). Luggage storage on level 1 of Terminal 2, from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm (Tel +49 405 075 3983). Secure wrapping on the Arrivals level of Terminal 1, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (Tel +49 405 480 3383).
