Banking and Connectivity

All financial services are centralized in Terminal 2:

• ATMs: Banco24Horas network ATMs operating 24 hours a day on Level 0 (arrivals) and Level 2 (departures).
• Currency exchange and banking: A 24-hour Banco Safra branch and currency exchange desks, alongside multiple Global Exchange locations in the international departures and arrivals halls.
• Wi-Fi: Free wireless internet via the RIO GALEAO WiFi network available throughout all passenger concourses.

Dining

Terminal 2 and the South Pier offer a wide variety of dining options both landside (mezzanine food court) and airside. Around-the-clock 24-hour dining is available at establishments such as Starbucks Coffee, Upper Crust, and Ritazza. Additional popular venues include McDonald's, Bob's, Pizza Hut, Subway, Spoleto, TGI Fridays, Divino Fogão, and Casa do Pão de Queijo.

Shopping and Duty Free

Extensive Dufry Duty Free and Dufry Shopping stores operate in the South Pier international departures and arrivals areas, offering fragrances, cosmetics, premium spirits, tobacco, and electronics. Domestic and landside concourses feature fashion outlets, local souvenir shops, Havaianas boutiques, bookstores, and pharmacies.

Baggage Services

• Luggage storage and lockers: Left luggage services and lockers are operated by Malex on Terminal 2, Level 0 (Arrivals, near Door C). The facility operates 24/7 with online booking available through the GaleON platform.
• Baggage wrapping: 24-hour protective luggage wrapping stations operated by Protec Bag on the check-in concourse (Level 2).
• Lost and Found: The Achados e Perdidos office is located in the administrative area on Terminal 2 (Arrivals level), open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
