Domestic Terminal

Blue Sky Premier Lounge

Located on the second floor, next to Gate 6. It provides an exclusive environment in which to relax before a flight.

• Opening hours: 5:30 am to 9:30 pm.
• Facilities: Prayer room, smoking lounge, workstations, Wi-Fi, snacks, beverages, showers, television and newspapers.
• Access: Via Priority Pass, LoungeKey or Diners Club memberships, or by paying the entrance fee at reception.

Concordia Lounge

Located on the second floor, opposite Gate 2. It is one of the largest lounges within the domestic section.

• Opening hours: 5:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Facilities: Food buffet, relaxation area, smoking lounge, luggage storage, Wi-Fi and flight information screens.
• Access: Via Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, Diners Club or selected local bank cards.

Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge

Situated next to Gate 1C-2, this lounge is primarily reserved for the flag carrier's passengers and its partners.

• Opening hours: From the start of operations until the last Garuda Indonesia flight.
• Facilities: Business centre, showers, hot food area, beverages, relaxation area and Wi-Fi.
• Access: Garuda Indonesia Business Class passengers, GarudaMiles Platinum and Gold members, SkyTeam Elite Plus members, and First Class or Business Class passengers travelling with SkyTeam airlines.

International Terminal

Concordia Lounge

Located on the third floor, accessible on the left after passing through immigration control.

• Opening hours: 6:00 am to 2:00 am.
• Facilities: Massage chairs, work area with computers, buffet area, beverages, international newspapers and Wi-Fi.
• Access: Via Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass or Diners Club memberships.

Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge

Located on Level 3, near Gate 1. It provides a premium experience for long-haul flights.

• Opening hours: 5:00 am until the departure of the airline's last flight.
• Facilities: Reflexology area, baby care facilities, prayer rooms, showers, international buffet, beverages and business centre.
• Access: Garuda Indonesia and SkyTeam Business Class passengers, as well as SkyTeam Elite Plus members.

Tujuwan Lounge

Located on the mezzanine level, after the security checkpoints.

• Opening hours: Open 24 hours a day.
• Facilities: Hot and cold buffet meals, bar, showers, reflexology services (additional charge), newspapers, charging stations and high-speed Wi-Fi.
• Access: By direct payment at the entrance (subject to availability) or for passengers travelling with partner airlines such as EVA Air, China Airlines and Cathay Pacific.

Bali Airport offers a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of both international and domestic travellers during their time at the terminal.

Financial Services

Cash machines from various national and international banks are available throughout both terminals. Currency exchange offices operate 24 hours a day in the international arrivals area. Bank branches are also available during normal business hours for more specific transactions.

Connectivity and Communication

The airport provides free Wi-Fi access throughout the complex. In addition, internet kiosks and charging stations for mobile devices are located near the boarding lounges and in rest areas.

Dining

The food offering is diverse and includes local and international restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlours, bars and cafés belonging to global chains. In the International Terminal, several food and coffee outlets remain open 24 hours a day to serve passengers travelling on late-night and early-morning flights.

Shopping

Extensive Duty Free areas are available within the international departure zones, offering luxury goods, cosmetics and alcoholic beverages. You will also find convenience stores, bookshops, electronics retailers, fashion outlets and a wide range of souvenir shops selling handicrafts and typical Balinese products.

Baggage

Protective luggage wrapping services are available in the check-in halls of both terminals. Fesindo provides 24-hour baggage storage in the international arrivals hall, while IAS operates offices in the departure areas of both terminals, open from 4:00 am to midnight. In the event of lost baggage, passengers should contact the relevant airline counter immediately. For items lost within the public areas of the terminal building, enquiries can be made at the general information desks.

Other Services

The airport features pharmacies, travel agencies, prayer rooms (Mushola), designated smoking areas and children's entertainment zones. There are also spa and traditional Balinese massage services, ideal for relaxing before a flight, as well as baby care facilities and changing tables located in the terminal restrooms.
