Boarding Area

Caral VIP Lounge

Location: Terminal upper level, airside, past security screening, opposite boarding gates 5 and 6.

Hours: Operates in coordination with flight departures, typically from 06:00 to 20:00.

Services: Air conditioning, cold snacks and refreshments, coffee, tea, alcoholic drinks (beer and wine complimentary up to 3 drinks per adult; premium spirits available for purchase), Wi-Fi, computer workstations, and flight information displays. Maximum permitted stay is 3 hours.

Access: Cardholders of Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club; online pre-booking, or entry pass purchase at reception (subject to space). Free admission for children under 5.

The departures lounge features duty-free shops along with specialty retail outlets including Margaritaville apparel, Los Cinco Soles Mexican folk handicrafts, Sunglass Hut, gift shops, accessories, and convenience/newsstands.

Baggage Services

No luggage lockers or baggage storage facilities are available at the airport due to security regulations. In case of lost, damaged, or delayed checked bags, head directly to your carrier's baggage service desk.
