Location: Concourse A, between gates A8 and A10.

Location: Concourse B, near gate B14.

Hours: Daily from 5:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Banking and Connectivity

  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available throughout all passenger concourses and terminal areas.
  • Banking and ATMs: A Fifth Third Bank financial lounge and automated teller machines are located in Concourse B, featuring comfortable seating, charging ports, and private call pods.
  • Currency Exchange: Foreign exchange services are available at the Fifth Third Bank branch in Concourse B.
  • Device Charging: Power outlets and USB stations are integrated into boarding gate seating and dedicated charging hubs.

Food and Dining

Dining options include sit-down restaurants, national coffee shops, and quick-bite eateries throughout both concourses. Notable venues include Skyline Chili (featuring an airport-exclusive breakfast menu), Chick-fil-A, Wendy's, Starbucks, Dunkin', Bruegger's Bagels, Sambazon Açaí, Braxton Brewing Company, Bengals Kitchen & Bar, and Christian Moerlein Tap House. Through the Entertainment Destination Center (EDC) program, travelers can purchase alcoholic beverages at participating bars and carry them through post-security concourse corridors. Automated snack, fresh food, and beverage vending machines operate 24 hours a day.

Shopping and Duty-Free

Newsstands, travel essentials shops, specialty gift boutiques, and regional apparel stores are available. Duty-free shopping for international travelers is located in Concourse B near the departure gates.

Baggage Services

  • Luggage Carts: A fleet of more than 250 luggage carts is provided completely free of charge at all parking garage levels, pedestrian entryways, baggage claim carousels, and Ground Transport West.
  • Luggage Storage: Under federal TSA security regulations, CVG does not offer left-luggage or locker facilities.
  • Lost and Found: The central Lost & Found office is located on the Upper Level (Ticketing), across from the Allegiant Air check-in counters. Hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (phone: +1 859 767 4885; also accessible via online submission form).

Additional Amenities

Passengers will find an interfaith meditation room, a community airport library, children's play zones (notably Kids' Landing with Cincinnati Zoo theming in Concourse B), shoe shine stations, sensory quiet areas, and baby nursing facilities.
