Cleveland Hopkins Airport has two VIP lounges located past the TSA security screening checkpoints:

Airside Concourse Area

The Club CLE

Location: Concourse B, right at the entrance of the boarding concourse past security.

Hours: Daily from 4:30 am to 8:30 pm (maximum 3-hour stay).

Amenities: Complimentary hot and cold buffet, full bar with craft cocktails, high-speed Wi-Fi, workstations with airfield views, and flight info monitors.

Access: Members of Priority Pass, LoungeKey, or Diners Club; day passes available by booking online or at the reception desk (USD 50.00).

United Club

Location: Concourse C, opposite gate C14.

Hours: Typically open daily from 5:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Amenities: Complimentary snacks and beverages, premium Wi-Fi, personalized travel assistance, and comfortable seating.

Access: United Club and Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members, United Polaris and Star Alliance international business class passengers, Star Alliance Gold members, or passengers holding a one-time pass purchased through the United mobile app.

Food & Drink

A wide variety of full-service restaurants, bars, brewpubs, and quick-serve spots are distributed throughout the concourses and the main food court. Key venues include 800 Degrees Wood Fired Kitchen, Bar Symon, Chick-fil-A, Bruegger's Bagels, and Dunkin' Donuts in the central food court, which open early in the morning.

Shopping

Hudson News newsstands, travel essentials, specialty souvenir stores, apparel, and the official Rock & Roll Hall of Fame retail store.

Baggage & Lost Property

Smarte Carte luggage carts are available for USD 6.00 in baggage claim and on levels 1 and 3 of the parking garage. There are no luggage storage or locker facilities due to federal TSA regulations. The Lost and Found office operates Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm; passengers can also submit this online form to report missing items in terminal public areas.
