Departures Area

VIP Lounge Bajío

Location: Upper floor, post-security departures hall, taking the escalators opposite Gate 3.

Opening Hours: From 04:00 to 23:00.

Services: Air conditioning, complimentary hot and cold beverages, snacks, work stations, high-speed Wi-Fi, flight status displays, TV, and reading material.

Access: Through Priority Pass, DragonPass, or LoungeKey memberships, participating bank cards, or by purchasing a day pass at the reception desk (subject to capacity).

The terminal building at Bajío Airport provides a selection of commercial, banking, and dining services to cater to travelers before and after their flights.

Money and Connectivity

• Wi-Fi: Free wireless internet access throughout the terminal provided by Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP).
• ATMs: Available 24 hours in the main concourse (Citibanamex, BBVA, Banco del Bajío, Scotiabank).
• Currency Exchange: Globo Cambio branch in the public hall, operating 24 hours for buying and selling foreign currency.

Dining

Coffee shops, quick-service eateries, and a restaurant are available both in the public concourse and in the departures hall past security. Most establishments operate from 05:00/06:00 to 23:00/23:30.

Shopping and Duty-Free

Convenience stores, regional artisan shops with crafts from Guanajuato, souvenirs, accessories, and newsstands, along with specialty stores such as Sunglass Hut (06:00 to 21:00) and New Era (05:00 to 22:00) in the boarding area.

Baggage

There are no luggage storage or locker facilities at the airport. In case of lost or delayed checked baggage, please contact your airline desk in the baggage claim area.
