Sleeping inside or in nearby hotels (BGO)

Possibility to spend the night at Bergen airport (BGO), if open 24 hours. Services available, places to rest (free resting zones), or look for the list of nearby hotels and vip lounges.

Overnight layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all regular services and hours may be subject to change. Thus, if the idea is to spend the night in the public area, consider a plan B in case the stay inside the airport is only allowed for those who are close to boarding.

Spending the night at the airport

Bergen airport is open 24 hours a day. However, layover passengers will have to remain in the public area once the security checkpoint closes for the night. Have a sleeping mask handy, as the place is very bright even at night.

Where to rest: In the domestic sector you can find numerous padded seats with no armrests. Between the ground floor and the first level, next to the Departures Hall, there is a comfort area with recliners. On the other hand, there is also a hotel connected to the terminal.

Baggage: There are no left-luggage services inside the airport.

Eating and drinking: Eateries close at night, but in the Arrivals Hall there is a kiosk that opens 24 hours a day and offers some snacks, sweets and drinks.

Wi-Fi: Free for 2 hours.

Other services available 24 hours a day: ATMs, children's play area, baby changing facilities.
