Location: Standalone private aviation facility separate from the main commercial terminal.
Access: Dedicated executive lounges and amenities for charter passengers and private jet crews.

Albany International Airport offers a comprehensive range of amenities and passenger services designed to facilitate a smooth travel experience.
Financial Services and Connectivity
- Wi-Fi: High-speed wireless internet access is available free of charge throughout the entire passenger terminal.
- ATMs: Cash machines are located both landside on Level 1 and airside within the central post-security atrium on Level 2.
- Currency Exchange: There are no foreign currency exchange counters available at the airport due to its domestic flight profile.
Dining and Restaurants
Dining venues are available before and after the security checkpoint. Establishments include Dunkin', Starbucks, Silks Saratoga Bistro, Hudson Valley Wine Bar, Albany Empire Deli & Bar, Burger King, and Wolfgang Puck Pizza Bar.
Shopping and Retail
Retail stores offering newspapers, books, electronics, and travel essentials include CNBC Smartshop, News Channel 13 Travel Store, Capital Marketplace, and The Shop of Capital Region Museums. The airport does not feature duty-free shopping.
Baggage Services
- Luggage Storage: There are no luggage lockers or left-luggage storage facilities available in the terminal due to TSA federal safety regulations.
- Baggage Carts: Luggage carts can be rented in the Baggage Claim area and within the parking garage.
- Lost and Found: For items misplaced at the security screening checkpoint, contact the TSA Lost and Found office. Items lost in general terminal areas are handled by Airport Operations and the Albany County Sheriff's Office (+1 518 242-2357). For delayed or damaged luggage, please contact your airline's baggage desk directly.
Additional Facilities
The terminal features complimentary water bottle filling stations, an Interfaith Prayer Room, community conference spaces, and art exhibits hosted under the airport's Arts & Culture Program.
