Location: Located in the departures area, inside the boarding zone, next to Gate 4.

Hours: Open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Conditions: The maximum length of stay is 3 hours. Children under 5 years of age are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult.

Amenities: The lounge offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, television, a selection of national newspapers and magazines, as well as complimentary snacks and beverages.

Financial Services

The terminal features ATMs from several banks, available 24 hours a day in the public areas. There is also a currency exchange office for international travelers. Although operating hours may vary, it is generally open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sundays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Dining

Dining options include cafés from well-known chains (such as Juan Valdez), fast-food restaurants, bakeries, and bars. These establishments are located both in the public landside area and in the boarding lounges beyond the security checkpoints.

Shopping

Thanks to the island's special tax status, the airport features an extensive shopping area. Passengers can browse duty-free stores offering perfumes, liquor, tobacco products, electronics, as well as local handicrafts, souvenirs, beachwear, and jewelry specializing in Colombian emeralds.

Baggage

Baggage carts: Available in the arrivals and departures areas to help transport luggage.

Luggage wrapping: A protective luggage wrapping service is available in the departures hall during peak flight operating hours.

Lost and found: If you lose personal belongings inside the terminal or experience issues with checked baggage, contact your airline's service counter or the Civil Aviation Authority's passenger assistance office.
