Québec City Jean-Lesage International Airport, opened on September 11, 1941, serves the city and part of the province of the same name. It operates with domestic and international flights to the United States, France, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Annual passenger traffic: 1.8 million passengers went through it in 2017.

The airport is located 11 km (7 miles) to the west of Québec City.

Public and private transportation

Ride-sharing - Uber is available outside the Domestic Arrivals Hall, by columns 13-14.

Bus - Réseau du Transport de la Capitale (Tel +1 418 627 2511) operates bus 76 from the airport to Saint-Foy Terminal, which allows to make connections to lines 800 and 801 to downtown Québec City. It leaves every 30 minutes from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm and journey time is less than 30 min. Intermediate stops include Turmel, Ste-Marie, St-Luc, Notre Dame, Duplessis, Rochebelle and Laurier. Line 80 connects the airport with Les Saules Terminal every 30 min. from 6:00 am to 0:30 am, stopping at Lafortune, Diderot, Paquet, Chambord, St-Luc, St-Gérard, Laurin, Colmont, Panet, Montmagny and Dorchester.

The trip to Québec City centre takes 15-25 minutes.

Parking services at Québec airport (YQB)

Facilities for passengers with special needs

There are elevators, ramps, adapted telephones and reserved parking spaces. To request wheelchairs or special assistance, contact your individual airline. Children between 8 and 16 years old travelling alone will be supervised by the airline crew.
