The Salon VIP Lounge is located next to departures gate 29, on the second floor, and opens from 3:30 am to 9:00 pm; the maximum stay is 4 hours and it offers light meals, bar, Wi-Fi, conference facilities, business center, entertainment area, newspapers, magazines, fax, telephones (access: business class passengers from Air Canada, Air Transat or WestJet, Altitude Elite and Super Elite members, with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, with American Express Platinum or Centurion cards, or by paying at the door).
Food and Drinks- Bars on the second floor and next to the boarding gates. Tim Hortons, next to the security area, opens 24 hours a day.

Bus - Réseau du Transport de la Capitale (Tel +1 418 627 2511) operates bus 78 from the airport to Les Saules terminal, going through Saint-Jacques, Notre-Dame, Saint-Paul, Saint-Gérard and Saint-Olivier. It leaves from Monday to Friday at 4:03 pm, 4:33 pm and 5:34 pm and journey time is 20-30 minutes. More information
Taxi - Authorized companies are: Taxi Coop Québec (Tel +1 418 525 5191), Taxi Coop Sainte-Foy-Sillery (Tel +1 418 653 7777) and Taxi Laurier (Tel +1 418 651 2727). Ranks are located outside the Arrivals Hall. Fares to destinations inside the city and the airport surroundings are fixed, while other trips are charged as per the taximeter. The trip to Québec City centre takes 15-25 minutes.

There are elevators, ramps, adapted telephones and reserved parking spaces.
