Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport provides multiple ground transportation options linking travelers quickly and conveniently to downtown Québec City, the business hub of Sainte-Foy, and surrounding regional destinations.

Public Transit Buses

Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) is the official public transit agency operating two direct bus routes with frequencies of approximately every 30 minutes:

• Route 80: Connects the passenger terminal to downtown Québec City (Place D'Youville / Saint-Roch) via Les Saules terminal. Runs generally between 6:00 am and 1:00 am.
• Route 76: Links the airport with the Sainte-Foy hub, providing direct transfers to intercity bus stations and the VIA Rail train station, where travelers can connect to high-frequency Métrobus routes 800 and 801. Operates between 5:30 am and 11:00 pm.

Inside the terminal, right in front of the airline check-in counters, an automated transit vending machine accepts VISA, MasterCard, Interac Flash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Taxis and Limousines

Official taxi ranks are situated immediately outside the domestic arrivals doors on Level 1. Taxis are available 24/7 with regulated fixed fares to designated central and suburban zones:

• Flat rate to downtown Québec City and Old Québec: $41.40 CAD daytime and $47.60 CAD nighttime (between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am).
• Flat rate to Sainte-Foy: $18.15 CAD daytime and $20.85 CAD nighttime.

For journeys outside established flat-fare perimeters, the standard taximeter rate applies. Authorized taxi companies on site include Taxi Coop Québec, Taxi Coop Sainte-Foy-Sillery, and Taxi Laurier. Premium limousine service is also available with a fixed flat rate of $75.00 CAD to downtown.

Ride-Hailing Apps

Rideshare platforms such as Uber are fully authorized at YQB. The designated pickup location is located curbside outside the domestic arrivals hall, near columns 13 and 14. Passengers are encouraged to order their ride through the app after collecting their checked baggage.

Accessible Ground Transport

Wheelchair-accessible transport options can be arranged in advance through specialized services such as Service de Transport Adapté de la Capitale (STAC) or through adapted taxi operators offering vehicles equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems.
