Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge - Open from Sunday to Friday between 5:00 am to 0:45 am and Saturdays from 5:00 am to 1:15 am. Situated next to gate 54. Courtesy snacks and drinks, reading material, Wi-Fi, workstations. Access: with Air Canada Maple Leaf Club or United Club membership, business class passengers from Air Canada, Altitude Super Elite 100K, Elite 75K, Elite 50K or Elite 35K members, first or business class passengers from Star Alliance airlines, Star Alliance Gold members.

Plaza Premium Lounge - Available from 4:30 am to 0:00 am on level 2, across from gate 54. Computers, refreshments, beverages, fax, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, Wi-Fi. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (USD35.00).

Plaza Premium Lounge (USA Transborder) - Only for US flights. It is found next to gate 88 and opens from 4:30 am to 6:00 pm. Computers, snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, telephones, fax. Access: with Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass or Diners Club membership, through online booking or by paying at the door (USD35.00).

Facilities and other services

The airport has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus (4:30 am to 10:30 pm), VIP lounges, plugs for electronic devices, internet kiosk and free Wi-Fi access.

Food and Drinks- There is a great variety of restaurants, coffee shops, fast food outlets, confectioneries, bars and pizza stores inside the enclosure. Tim Hortons, in the Arrivals Hall, is open 24 hours a day.
Shopping- Duty-free shops in the South and US Departures Lounges. Convenience store in the Arrivals area. There are also alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, electronics, books, clothing and accessories, newspapers and magazines, jewellery.
Baggage- Secure plastic wrapping around the clock next to the Priority Valet parking lot. 24-hour left luggage service for connecting passengers in the Ground Transportation Office, Arrivals level, between gates 5 and 7 (Tel +1 780 890 8553). Lost property can be reclaimed at the information counter (Tel +1 780 890 8382).
