Stuttgart Airport, opened in 1939, serves the capital of the state of Baden-Württemberg and is one of the busiest in the country. It operates domestic and international flights within Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.

Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are located within the same building, while Terminal 4, which is separate, is connected to the others by a walkway.
