Copa Club / VIP Lounge Costa Rica - Located next to gate 18, past passport control, on the upper level, and open from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm. Computers, snacks, showers, beverages, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, newspapers and magazines, telephones. Access: with Priority Pass, LoungeKey, Diners Club, Copa ConnectMiles Gold/Platinum/Presidential Platinum, United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership, first or business class passengers on Copa Airlines and Star Alliance carriers, Star Alliance Gold members.

VIP Lounge BAC Credomatic - Situated next to gate 17 and open from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm. Maximum stay: 5 hours. Printers, beverages, TV, newspapers, snacks, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, children's area, massage chairs, telephones. Access: with DragonPass membership.

Facilities and other services

The airport has a bank (5:00 am to 8:00 pm), ATMs, bureaux de change (24 hours a day), VIP lounges, plugs for electronic devices and Wi-Fi access free of charge for 3 hours.

Food and Drinks

Restaurants, fast food outlets, cafes and bars are located near the gates and in the food court. In the latter, most options are open 24 hours a day.

Shopping

Duty-free stores in the customs area and next to gates 4, 5 and 8. There are also shops selling fashion, accessories, souvenirs, books, magazines, handicrafts, toys, electronics, jewelry.

Baggage

Luggage trolleys are available 24 hours a day in the Arrivals and Departures areas and the duty-free zone (Tel +506 6219 3579). 24-hour baggage packing before entering the lobby (Tel +1 866 598 4264). Inquiries about lost and found items should be directed to the Operations and Security Office, in the Arrivals area, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (Tel +506 2437 2610; e-mail: [email protected]).
