Layover guide. Sleeping facilities in the public zone or boarding area
Spending the night at the airport
San José airport is relatively small, but it is still a practical and safe place where to spend the night. Even so, it can be noisy and cold, so it is recommended to have headphones, earplugs and blankets for a better rest.
Where to rest: Although there are not many seats, you will be able to find a few comfortable benches throughout the terminal. In any case, the floor is also a viable option. Meanwhile, next to boarding gate 5 there are two VIP lounges with more amenities and privacy. However, keep in mind that they close at night. Baggage: The terminal does not operate luggage storage offices.
Eating and drinking: Options open during the night both before and after the security control.
Wi-Fi: The access is free for 3 hours. There are also pre-paid premium choices.
Other services available around the clock: ATMs, currency exchange bureaus, commercial stores, medical emergencies center.
