Prima Vista Lounge

The only VIP lounge is located on the first floor of the terminal, before the security checks (Landside), near Check-in Area B.

Opening Hours: The lounge operates from Monday to Thursday between 5:30 am and 8:30 pm, and from Friday to Sunday between 5:30 am and 9:30 pm. The maximum stay is 3 hours. It is recommended to check the exact schedule on the airport’s website before travelling.

  • Lost and Found: For enquiries about items lost in the terminal, passengers can go to the duty officer’s office located opposite the ticket counters on the first floor. This office operates from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm and can be contacted via [email protected].

Health and First Aid

The premises include a first-aid clinic to deal with medical emergencies. In addition, there is a pharmacy available for purchasing essential medicines and health products.

How to get into a lounge

  1. Lounge membership: programs like Priority Pass give access to independent lounges in many airports, for an annual fee or per visit.
  2. Credit cards: some premium cards include lounge visits. Check whether your card covers the lounges at PMO and how many guests you can bring.
