Belo Horizonte Pampulha airport (PLU)

Carlos Drummond de Andrade Airport, also known as Pampulha Airport and opened in 1933, is one of the airstations in the city of Belo Horizonte. Currently there are no commercial flights.

The airport is located 9 km (6 miles) to the north of Belo Horizonte city centre.

Bus - There are services from Conexão Aeroporto (Tel +55 31 3224 1002) that link the enclosure with Confins International Airport in 45 minutes, between 4:15 am and 11:00 pm (10:45 pm on the weekends).
On the other hand, line 5401 from BHTrans (Tel +55 31 3429 8750) runs from 5:00 am to 11:10 pm and travels between São Luís and Dom Cabral, stopping at Praça Raul Soares and Praça Da Federação.
Both services can be boarded at the square located in front of the airport (Praça Bagatelle).

Taxi - Ranks are located meters away from the main entrance. The trip to the city centre takes 15-25 minutes.
