IDA is served by Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Air, American Airlines / American Eagle, Delta Air Lines / Delta Connection, and United Airlines / United Express, providing direct connections to cities including Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Dallas/Fort Worth, Chicago, and recreation centers in the Southwest.

Downtown Idaho Falls is only 2.5 miles (a 5 to 10-minute drive) from the airport. Transportation options include local taxicabs, app-based rideshares (Uber and Lyft), and on-site car rentals.

Car rental counters (Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and National) are located on the ground floor of the terminal adjacent to baggage claim. Rental vehicles are parked in the adjacent surface lot just outside the building.

Parking lots offer the first 30 to 60 minutes free. Hourly rates start at $2.00 per hour with a maximum of $18.00 daily in the Hourly Lot, while Economy Lots 1 and 2 charge $5.00 to $7.00 per day. All parking is 100% cashless, payable by credit, debit, or mobile device at exit.

The terminal opens seven days a week at 3:30 AM and closes at midnight or after the final flight arrival of the night. Overnight stays inside the terminal are not permitted.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is provided terminal-wide alongside personal device charging outlets. Dining is managed by Tailwind Concessions, featuring an upper-level full-service restaurant and bar past security, plus coffee and snack kiosks in both public and airside boarding areas.
