Location

The airport is located at 2035 Niagara Falls Blvd., 4 miles (6.4 km) east of downtown Niagara Falls and about 10 to 15 minutes by car from Niagara Falls State Park, in Niagara County, New York.

The airport is situated roughly 10 to 15 minutes by road from downtown Niagara Falls and border crossings into Ontario, Canada.

Ridesharing

Uber and Lyft operate at the terminal. To meet your driver, exit the terminal doors, turn right, and follow signs to the designated pickup stalls near the pedestrian crosswalk leading to Parking Lot 2. Please note that rideshare vehicles are not authorized to make international border crossings into Canada.

Taxis

Local taxi operators such as A-1 Taxi provide curbside and pre-arranged service for local trips, hotels, and regional connections.

Shuttles and Private Transfers

Several private operators offer door-to-door shuttle and executive ground transportation:

Trains and Public Transit

The Amtrak Niagara Falls rail station is approximately 10 minutes away (825 Depot Ave W). Regional transit and paratransit services are operated by NFTA-Metro / Paratransit. Intercity coach services via Greyhound can be accessed through connecting points across the area.

• Wi-Fi: free wireless internet throughout the entire terminal.
• ATMs: automated teller machines are available in the terminal building. Currency exchange counters are not available.

Dining

In the pre-security public area on the ground floor, vending machines provide coffee, soft drinks, bottled water, juices, and snacks. Past the security checkpoint, a post-security food concession opens two hours prior to departing flights, serving deli-style sandwiches, pizza, salads, pastries, gourmet coffee, beer, and wine.

Shopping

The airport does not offer duty-free shopping or large retail stores.

Luggage Services

Luggage storage lockers are not available due to TSA security regulations. If you misplace an item in the terminal, submit an inquiry via the official online form on the airport website or email [email protected].

Designated animal relief areas for service animals and pets are located outside the terminal (to the left of the building) and airside within the departure lounge (near Gates 1 and 2).

Parking Lots

• Parking Lot 1 (Main): located directly in front of the terminal building. It has an overhead clearance restriction of 6 feet 2 inches (1.88 m). It features 2 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations available at no additional charge once the parking entrance fee is paid.
• Additional Lots: uncovered parking spaces with no height restrictions, accommodating oversized vehicles, trucks, and vans.
• Cell Phone Lot: located south of the main entrance, providing up to 2 hours of free waiting inside your vehicle while meeting arriving passengers.

Reference parking rates are $14 USD per day and $85 USD per week (up to 7 days). Payment is collected at the parking entrance.
